This recent service was due to an engine light that requires me to take it to Hyundai due to the warranty. Frustrating to deal with them, but thankful for the actual picture of the findings in the report I handed over to them! THANK YOU TEAM!”

I’ve come to realize I just need to make the trip to get it done right. The staff is great here. They know what they’re doing and they’ve been here a long time. They’ve kept up with the technology and progressed over the years which cannot be understated with these cars. I love the service reports they give. “I cannot recommend Shane at Eastside European Auto enough! Volvo quoted me nearly $3,000 in repairs, so on a whim I did a quick Google search and found Shane—and I’m so grateful I did. He was incredibly honest from the start. He discovered that a service I had done in 2024 hadn’t been recorded in Carfax, and he let me know that one of the “critical” items Volvo listed didn’t actually need to be done for another year. He saved me hundreds on that service alone and when I called Volvo they acknowledged that they made a mistake.
In the end, I paid less than half of what I would’ve paid at the dealership. At checkout, Shane even walked me through what would need attention a year from now. His transparency and respect stood out—he never talked down to me or treated me like I didn’t know anything, which has not always been my experience elsewhere as a woman bringing my vehicle in for service.
I won’t take my European car anywhere but to Shane going forward. If you want honesty, fair pricing, and exceptional service call Shane.”

“I went in to get my tire pressure checked and it turned out that I needed a tire change immediately at a dangerous level. Life was hitting me that day and I truly did not have the money or the means and was embarrassingly freaking out. (I think his name is Jeremiah?) ended up giving me a GOOD tire for FREE. Literally understood that life happens and it can be really hard and I guess my tire was so bad that it was extremely dangerous to drive and I had to get to work, etc. I just can't believe that they replaced a tire for free to hold me over until I can come and get them actually changed and updated. I'm so so grateful. I couldn't recommend this place enough.”

The service manager met with me to review an issue I was experiencing and programmed in some additional service notifications I requested. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. “Possibly the best. Best automotive repair place in the state. Dorel is not only friendly, but incredibly patient and honest. The first time I went here was at the recommendation of an engineer neighbor who is incredibly picky and he said see this person for a $1,500 repair. I went to him and he said there was a different way to do it. That was much cheaper and just as effective and he saved me almost $1,000. That was over 5 years ago and I've been going there ever since and he always manages to squeeze me in regardless of the emergency. An amazing man, and amazing crew, the perfect shop to get your car work done”

“TLC AutoCare has taken care of my vehicles for many years. I was away for a few years and didn’t use them during that time, and in that period my older Ford Escape aged quite a bit and developed major oil leaks and other issues. When I came back to TLC Auto, they treated me with the same honesty, respect, and excellent service I remembered.
They recently completed major repairs on my Escape, including timing cover work, valve cover gaskets, a crankshaft seal, an intake manifold gasket, and a new power steering pump. The work was done carefully and thoroughly, and I feel much safer driving my SUV.
As a single older woman, I really appreciate how clearly Andy explained everything and how respectfully they treat me. They kept the repairs within the budget I gave them, and never pressured me into anything unnecessary. Jon did the actual repair work, and you can tell he takes real pride in doing things right.
They also provided a loaner car, which made the whole process so much easier.

Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care.
