“Took my project subaru wagon to Muffler King to have some exhaust work done and my overall experience with them was great. I absolutely love the sound my wagon makes now and they also fixed my exhaust leaks at the connecting points which I wasn’t planning on do quite yet but glad I decided to let them fox it. On top of that they even welded an exhaust support plate that I completely forgot had broke into 2-pieces so thank you for that. I highly recommend them for any exhaust work you might need as I would definitely use their services again in the future if needed.”
“We drove from the Tri-Cities to buy our new vehicle from this dealership, and it was entirely worth it! Our experience at Honda of Kirkland was great. Jade, our salesperson, was such a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and she was more than willing to answer any of our questions. She was honest and transparent through the process, not something we are used to when trying to buy a car - and that made all the difference. Additionally, we were able to negotiate terms via email, which made the process...almost enjoyable? Something I cannot say about any other prior car-buying experience. Dan, the sales manager was also great. He was able to accommodate all of our requests, and always provided quick responses. We would highly recommend Jade, Dan and all of Honda of Kirkland --even if you have to make a bit of a drive to get there. Well worth it in the end!”

“I will say I did not get any work done here yet - but after getting the runaround for 3 months at one of the “big name” places on getting an estimate including multiple appointments in the middle of the work day and waiting months for the write-up, I gave up the chain place and found this shop. They gave me an estimate in 24 hrs, and corresponded with insurance promptly. They didn’t balk at me and my not-so-nice vehicle and were kind and timely. When I finally do get insurance in gear and get to fix my poor little work truck, I’ll be sure to come here as they didn’t harass me to make appointments, rent a car through them or any of that BS, just an honest shop and for that I am really grateful.”
“As a woman finding a Auto shop home can be intimidating & challenging. TLC Autocare was recommended and it was a great experience from beginning to end.
I recently had knee surgery so leaving my vehicle for the day was necessary. Andy welcomed me in and was able to give me a loaner car to get back home and rest.
Andy communicated all recommendations and concerns so I knew what to expect as far as price and wasn't sticker shocked!!

He fixed the calliper on my car for no charge just to make sure that I am safe leaving his shop until other work can be done, you don't find amazing and honest mechanics like this anymore.
