Jade, our salesperson, was such a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and she was more than willing to answer any of our questions. “Cannot recommend this place enough!! I brought in my Mini Cooper for an oil change (this was the first time I went to anyone besides the dealership). They found that the last person who did my oil change (at the dealership) had severely damaged my oil pan, to the point that it needed to be replaced. They took pictures for me, explained the situation, and even explained to the dealership what happened when I called them. I can't remember the front lady's name, but she is AMAZING!!! She reassured me that the dealership should cover the costs of repairs, and even gave me her information if the dealership gave me any trouble. I've been back for a vehicle check, and they very clearly are super honest, and didn't try to upsell me for anything. They are efficient, kind, welcoming, and I trust them completely with my car. Thank you for being an amazing auto shop, I will be going no where else for any work on my car!!! If you are on the fence about trying them out, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone on the Eastside.”

“I will say I did not get any work done here yet - but after getting the runaround for 3 months at one of the “big name” places on getting an estimate including multiple appointments in the middle of the work day and waiting months for the write-up, I gave up the chain place and found this shop. They gave me an estimate in 24 hrs, and corresponded with insurance promptly. They didn’t balk at me and my not-so-nice vehicle and were kind and timely. When I finally do get insurance in gear and get to fix my poor little work truck, I’ll be sure to come here as they didn’t harass me to make appointments, rent a car through them or any of that BS, just an honest shop and for that I am really grateful.”
“As a woman finding a Auto shop home can be intimidating & challenging. TLC Autocare was recommended and it was a great experience from beginning to end.
I recently had knee surgery so leaving my vehicle for the day was necessary. Andy welcomed me in and was able to give me a loaner car to get back home and rest.
Andy communicated all recommendations and concerns so I knew what to expect as far as price and wasn't sticker shocked!!
Andy also informed me of what to address on my vehicle in the future and estimated cost.
