“I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

“We drove from the Tri-Cities to buy our new vehicle from this dealership, and it was entirely worth it! Our experience at Honda of Kirkland was great. Jade, our salesperson, was such a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and she was more than willing to answer any of our questions. She was honest and transparent through the process, not something we are used to when trying to buy a car - and that made all the difference. Additionally, we were able to negotiate terms via email, which made the process...almost enjoyable? Something I cannot say about any other prior car-buying experience. Dan, the sales manager was also great. He was able to accommodate all of our requests, and always provided quick responses. We would highly recommend Jade, Dan and all of Honda of Kirkland --even if you have to make a bit of a drive to get there. Well worth it in the end!”

The service manager met with me to review an issue I was experiencing and programmed in some additional service notifications I requested. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the level of support and care taken. I would highly recommend this service department location for future service appointments.”
“Thanh and his team did excellent work on my car! They were fast, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the whole process.I got in my first car accident, and I had no idea how to go through the insurance process. I called around to try to figure out what to do and how long it would take. All of the shops I talked to before STAGE had at least a month wait time for an estimate and didn't take the time to explain the process. Once I called STAGE, Thanh walked me through the whole process and said he would have an estimate ready by the end of the week.Repairs took about five to six weeks to complete, but they would have been faster if it wasn't for the current part's shortage. Either way, the repairs were completed before some other shops would have even given me an estimate. Thanh kept me updated throughout the process, and did a great job making things understandable.Overall, I would highly recommend working with Thanh and STAGE COLLISION CENTER. I hope I never need collision work on my car again, but if I do I will definitely be returning.”

I’ve worked with Nikki as my service manager for as long as I can remember and Drew most recently and those two have been absolutely amazing!! Nikki is professional, punctual and knowledgeable and I can trust that my car is in good hands with her. She’s very thorough when explaining what recommendations are needed for my car. Drew is so kind, professional and always helpful with assisting me with my things. I highly recommend this dealer for service/maintenance!”
“I will say I did not get any work done here yet - but after getting the runaround for 3 months at one of the “big name” places on getting an estimate including multiple appointments in the middle of the work day and waiting months for the write-up, I gave up the chain place and found this shop. They gave me an estimate in 24 hrs, and corresponded with insurance promptly. They didn’t balk at me and my not-so-nice vehicle and were kind and timely. When I finally do get insurance in gear and get to fix my poor little work truck, I’ll be sure to come here as they didn’t harass me to make appointments, rent a car through them or any of that BS, just an honest shop and for that I am really grateful.”

“I have had such good experiences with Lee Johnson that I keep going back. Believe this is my 3rd or 4th car now. Salesman was finding all sorts of sales discounts for me. I leased a 2024 Equinox EV with what the Finance manager (where you sign papers) said it was the best deal he's seen. Got a huge discount! I waited until Chevrolet had a vehicle that could get high mileage and with a Direct Charge (at the charging stations) that recharged to 70% in 10 minutes. That was the clincher.”

I purchased my 2022 Genesis GV70 from this dealership recently. The date of my point of sale contact I must admit that I was left feeling less than pleased. I noticed body damage to the lower passenger front grill area and also received a past due oil change notification on my dashboard once I got home from the purchase. This all caught me by surprise because I was told by the salesman that the car was being serviced while we were completing paperwork. After a not so pleasant beginning I MUST ADMIT the stores, owner was AMAZING! From the first conversation he and I had I could tell that he is passionate about his company and the service that his staff provides to each customer. He offered to and followed through on reimbursing me for the cost of the oil change, he also offered to get the body damage taken care of on him. He communicated often, thoroughly, and most importantly HONESTLY! He provided service for me that extended beyond what he was required to. I cannot express my thanks for how he has truly helped to change my perspective. I would gladly purchase from his establishment again. “I just absolutely loved these people and I wanted to make sure everyone knew about them.I took my Honda Civic in for front bumper repair when it pulled out from the left a bit by the parking stop (a little concrete slab line). First I went to two other shops in the area and they don't even bother to come out and take a look and began to give me estimate dates that were at-least a month out. One guy even refused to really talk with me which was so weird.Driving around disappointed I saw and rolled into this place, Showcase, and was met by a very friendly classic American charm. The front-desk lady asked the estimator to go out with me and look at it right away. We came out and he realized it was a small piece of work. He brought out his mechanic with a toolbox who fixed it in less than 15 minutes right there in front of me, while I had a very nice chat with the estimator, Rod. Who does that anymore?They charge me very very reasonably and I even offered to pay more but they declined. I honestly could not believe such amazing people still existed around here. I was ready for loosing a lot of money. This place is a gem.”
“Finding and buying the right car is always a handful job, we went to Hyundai of Kirkland with no planning but the target was to get a hybrid car. Anthony and guys from this place were fantastic, showed us around with several options, helped us to decide the best of our needs (2024 Elantra), stayed more than 3 hours after closing on a weekend day until we were fully complete. Have driven this car for more than week and it is just awesome. Great place to buy a car !!”
