WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS ARCO. I came in after getting gas and asked to use the restroom. The lady inside said rudely to me it's outside. I then go to try and use the restroom but you need a code to get in. I the go back inside to ask for it and she says to me which has pump are you on. I then said I just got gad on pump 2. She then said good cause you have to get gas in order to use the pump all this time talking to me in a very rude tone of voice. I will never come to this gas station again. She should be fired for very bad customer service.

Indian employees are charging for services they say they don’t get pay. Costumers has to pay for services not happy with that

The gas attendant send a pre-payment to the wrong pump, and the person at the correct pump let me know that his payment might have been sent to mine. I waited and saw the pump go from its home screen to "Would you like a receipt?" So I pressed yes but no receipt came out.Then the screen went back to it's home screen and I entered my card and pin, removed the nozzle, selected my gas, and pumped my gas.The gas station attendant comes outside and accuses me of using the other person's money. I explain to him that I didn't and what happened while I was at the pump, but he kept repeating himself claiming he had a receipt (which he did not show me). I checked my bank account, and I fully paid for my gas.Don't go to a gas station where employees don't own up to their mistakes and blame customers to save face.

Not the best gas station.Pretty steep prices in the convenience store. Slow pumps, credit card service charge. All badSloppy as best customer service, shady if not illegal pricing/labeling of products

Bought a beverage that was clearly labeled $6.99. I had already inserted my card when I saw it ring up as $8.99 and tried to cancel transaction. I then asked the cashier to reverse it and she said I’d have to come back a different day because she didn’t know how.
