Legit, Matt is the man! What a seamless concept. I had a convertible top glass break out and he was the most helpful and compassionate person. It was truly a pleasure to deal with both Matt and his partner. They helped me navigate my insurance by explaining to the company it was a windscreen issue. State Farm stepped up to the plate and these guys did an AMAZING job replacing my top. Literally perfect and every detail addressed. Special thanks for the door fix. This place is AWSOME!! Great customer service with very talented men doing the best in what they do. Matt helped me with my top. I ordered it. It came a week later and they installed it no problem.. What an awesome business. Had a tricky repair on my convertible hardtop, and it was completed perfectly. The cost was very fair, less than I thought. Previously, I had All City repair some convertible snaps, an easy job, but I showed up without an appointment, and they immediately completed the work for a very nominal cost. I won't hesitate to bring my other cars to All City for any other work......highly recommend.

All City just reupholstered 2 sets of seats and did a fantastic job. The first set was a bench seat and rear seat for a 1971 Dodge Demon using Legendary Auto seat covers. They had to do foam repair, fix a broken spring and redo the adjustment cable. The finished result was outstanding so I had them redo the front buck seats from my 1984 CJ7 using covers I had purchased online and again, the results are like brand new. Thanks to Matt, Mike and the team at All City for doing a great job and turning the projects around super fast!

Outstanding experience getting a seat cushion from my boat repaired. Cleaning up my boat for winter and found that mice had chewed the bottom of the back cushion (first 5 pictures). Decided to take it over to All City Convertibles in Kirkland based on the reviews on google.Matt (the owner?) was both friendly and very knowledgeable about all things interior. He proposed heating and stretching the vinyl and restapling it on the existing board. He said it would take about an hour and that he'd have it ready by the end of the week. I got a call the next day letting me know that it was done and that it had come out well.I can hardly believe how great the repair looks. The last 3 pictures show how well it came out. I had very low hopes for this seat cushion going back together but Matt and his team are wizards. The price was extremely reasonable. I am a happy customer and will definitely go back next time I need anything for our boat.

Had my wife,s SLK 230 convertible top serviced for water leaks and headliner replacement. They did a great job on the headliner and stopped both leaks, just in time for Seattle,s rainy season(which is most of the time) Accurate quote and good communication. Appreciate the attention to detail
