Lindsey Rude is a rock star lender. She is patient and takes the time to explain answers to questions. If she doesn't know the answer right away she takes the time to research the correct answer and follow up promptly. I am so lucky to have been able to work with Lindsey on my first purchase!!

Yoonie and her team are very professional and knowledgeable about the mortgage business. They utilized all avenues to be able to help their clientele. They called me about a bank statement loan for a self employed borrower who did not qualify through normal QM.They knew exactly the program they wanted and submitted a la brokered loan.In addition, I witnessed that they provide clients with exceptional communication: this includes speaking about guidelines for certain loan products, explained conditions from underwriters, and worked together with clients to move along the loan to closure.It was a pleasure servicing their clients and working together as a team.

As a first time homeowner, my knowledge about the real estate and lending process was slim to none. I knew I'd made the right choice with choosing to move forward with Daniel Nguyen and his team as soon as we completed our initial consultation call.Daniel was timely, concise, patience, and knowledgeable whenever there's any sort of questions that popped-up. Their communication turnaround was always timely where I would receive a response within the same or following business day. I was truly impressed! What I truly enjoyed about the overall experience was how seamless and hands-off the process was on my end. Upon entering the contract, Daniel and Ana Sanchez took over and took care of everything immediately during the underwriting process. I just needed to provide the documentations upon request which resulted in us closing by the initial closing date. I'd highly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone who's currently in the market!

Tommy and Ana were both incredible to work with.During the house search, Tommy was always available and responsive, even on weekends, to write up pre-approval letters to send to the seller agent. Because speed matters in this market, this gave us an edge during the bidding process. Additionally, Tommy was also great in guiding us each step of the way. He helped provide clarity in any moments of confusion, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout the decision-making process.Ana was also fantastic, so we wanted to provide her a shoutout as well. She was also readily available to help answer any questions during the underwriting process. Additionally, Ana kept us posted on every update each step of the way, allowing us to remain confident with our aggressive timelines to close.A big thanks, again, to this incredible team. The entire process was so smooth, and we were able to close on our beautiful home in just three weeks!
