I visited this shop to grab snacks and drink, but I was kind of loaded and wanted to go restroom 1st. I asked cashier I will buy stuff but wanted to go restroom 1st . I thought he didn't understand I told him twice saying purchase /buy later but in hurry and wanted to use restroom 1st. He denied saying this is not a public restroom and I need to say "Please". I feel that is nonprofessional and 7-Eleven need to train staff properly. No where I was looking like roadside drunk and drugged and looking unsocial. Lowest is 1 star so i am bounded to give. What if someone with medical issue or a pregnant woman.

I came in to buy a couple of products and they were on sale. the man that was working told me I could not have the sale price. Even though it was clearly marked on sale, he said some racist remark ane told me to get out. I would not recommend going in to that store, if they're gonna treat their customers like me.

My family and I have been coming here since I was a small child. Today, I went to make a purchase and the employee behind the counter was very rude to the point I decided to leave and make my purchase elsewhere. This is not the same 7-11 I remember and I will not be returning now that it is under new ownership.

I foolishly went in for a cup of coffee and to hopefully have a word with the owner expecting some apology or maybe to let me know that she had spoken with the manager about do's and don'ts of professionalism in the workplace and how to speak to patrons. She immediately said that she will back up her manager and that he has worked for her for 20 years and that his behavior is Justified she didn't appreciate my Yelp review and she did read it and that he had every right to yell at me the second I walked into the store because I have a" history with him" and that me and my family are a " family of Beggars" that come in there begging for money? for months now? First of all this is exactly what happened I asked the man what the price for a refill was when he got oddly rude so I moved onto to pay and joked about the cost of coffee when he callously pointed out " what are YOU going to do about it?!" and that "nobody else complains about the cost" which at the time it felt like he was insinuating that I was a lesser person that couldn't afford coffee but I chose to ignore it and and just simply said "I hope you never experience hardship and that you really shouldn't speak to people that way" and I. walked out I couldnt help but cry to my husband about it. He said to call corporate. I did but I was still feelong if he is doibg these things to me he is doing it to others. Icame in the next time hoping he A wpuldbt be there and B to be able to buy our coffee abd snack for my son and just put that experience in the past. But this man had a thirst for cruelty. I didn't get two steps before he yelled at me him scream at me and say " you need to behave yourselflf or I will throw you out" I. Said excuse me? He went on aboyt my using took creamers in my coffee and 2 is all I need? I was so frealed out I immediately turned around and yet again left in tears. But I digress I went in today to talk to her the owner went on to say that she watched the video of me walking in and having him yell at me. Yet had seen nothing wrong there? and saw me walk out immediately in tears and said that it was justified because me and my quote "beggar family" have been coming in there for months begging for money? I have no idea what this woman is talking about I have only frequent to this 7-Eleven for the last month as that is when I got my car I have been a stay-at-home mom for years as my husband is paid very well so much so that I CAN be a stay-at-home mom. I have spent the last 5 years raising my son, not driving to 7-Eleven in Kirkland. And "begging for money? I have however every morning for 5 weeks driven my husband to work and stopped in a handful of times experiencing him all of TWICE! BOTh of which are documented here . I told her she must have me confused with somebody else but at the same time I'm thinking how many people is this man victimizing? How many women is he victimizing and screaming at that are there with their child how many families are they calling quote-unquote "beggars" in front of customers coming in and out. She told me that I can go ahead and send all the emails I want but that she is a private owned 7-Eleven and that nobody will tell her or her manager how they they can treat people. I ask you the people of Yelp reading this to please avoid this 7-Eleven there is four more within a 2-minute radius that have nothing but smiling faces and cheerful attitudes and that I have never experienced discrimination against woman or people they deem "beggars". I am completely Shook and at a loss for words I can't for the life of me figure out what compels a man to treat women that way as I can promise you this was a thirst this man has toward women I can't imagine who else he is hurt or victimized but I pray that if you're reading this and have had a similar experience as I have every reason to believe he h

Long overdue review: went here to grab a water during my hockey match. The customer before me didn't seem to realize he was being watched as he/she proceeded to orchestrate buying "that white s**** and a few single cigarettes from the cashier who wore a 'ron' name-tag. For the longest time I was unsure of how to let the public know about this. As there is a library across the street and many schools near by.
