Should have checked reviews before I had my script sent here. Would never attempt to use this pharmacy again. Called to check on a prescription after several days of no communication, and the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m not sure if their lack of knowledge was due to incompetence or just willful disregard, whatever the reason, sounds like this location has a history with mistreating customers, easy decision to take business elsewhere.

The pharmacy, while usually fine, was incredibly blasé about being out of a time sensitive and serious medication that needs to be taken consistently, didn’t bother to inform me that they didn't have any until I came in to pick it up nearly 2 days after it was sent in, and were generally unsympathetic and unhelpful when asked what they expected me to do nor offered any explanation as to why they didn’t let me know that they were out of the medication when they received the prescription.I struggle to understand why pharmacists wouldn’t understand the seriousness of the issue.

We used to absolutely love the pharmacy staff at Kingston Rite Aid, but our most recent experience was absolutely awful. The people who were working on 8/4/23 were extremely rude and unprofessional (especially the young woman who was working at the drive through). We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The older woman in the pharmacy is VERY rude and disrespectful. I dont think she loves her job. Unlike the younger woman who was friendly and very helpful. I won't be back to this place.

My local Riteaid Store is always a joy to shop. They provide the quality service in both the store and pharmacy that a shopper should expect. It is easy to shop, very clean, almost always in stock, and has friendly associates to help me if necessary.

I shopped at Rite Aid for what I was looking for. Assistant asked me if I needed help right away where other stores do not. I appreciate the friendliest of personal and help they gave. He took me right where I needed to go.

I love going to this Rite Aid. Everyone is upbeat and/or always themselves which I admire. The pharmacy is never too busy(when I show up). The cashiers that run the place always make me smile and probably wonder what I am listening to and why I dance around for an hour looking at stuff as well as never get bothered by it. (It's my only escape from my wild children) The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is that they don't have as much stuff as the Poulsbo one. That's it. The people = 5 stars
