I ordered a hub for a Jeep Wrangler, over the phone. The person who took the order said it would be there by morning, and they would call when it arrived. Next day, no call. I called at noon and they said it wasnt there and they'd call. I called at 5:30 , just before closing....not there. They said they'll call when it arrives.. well, it's been four months now and they still haven't called.
UNBELIEVABLE
Thank goodness O'rielly kept their promise.

I buy parts quite frequently whether it's working on my own projects or helping out friends and family. This store has become my go to parts store especially if I am looking for something obsolete or hard to find. The customer service is always great and they go above and beyond to help get me exactly what I need. Shout out to Ileta, Kari, and Matt in particular, if any of the 3 of then are working when I come in I know I will leave with the part I need in hand or ordered and on the way.

Poor customer service. Got there and realized that I left my wallet at home. Told them I would be right back. Got to the store as they were closing and they did help me.

Guy behind counter was rude dismissive unhelpful unknowledgeable. Store is disorganized and cluttered hard to find products. Stupid expensive 10 for 2 rubber hoses less than foot long they never have parts in stock total waste of time going here

I stopped here to pick up some coolant when my older Jaguar displayed a “LOW COOLANT FLUID” message in perfect BBC English accent.The staff were great. They helped me find the right coolant and came out to the curb to help me put it in the radiator.Thanks guys and GIRL
