Do not give this place your business, they are sneaky snakes. I over stuffed a gallon bag full of designer shoes and clothes most of the shoes had never even been worn and all I got was $50 for five things. They say they will display your things for 60 days before donating them but I don’t see how they can honestly say that when the place is completely unorganized and a filthy mess , I doubt my things were honestly displayed. Never again will I or my family do business with them again.

I don't know if this was the owner or just an employee, but the cashier was obnoxious the entire time loudly talking to her pug and ignoring my presence as a customer. On the top of already unpleasant environment, she played very loud music and sang along. I couldn't wait to leave the store.

I was thrilled to stumble across Lucky Star but must give a heads up to you all. I bought a couple tops and when I got home, one of them really didn't look good so I brought it back. At the bottom of the receipt it says that returns can be made within 20 days. I brought my top in after a couple days and was told that only items from their gift shop can be returned--not clothing. It was a waste of $$ and makes me wary about future purchases because often it takes bringing things home to really know if they fit well.

Kingston ShopHas good inventory (maybe less would be better displayed? There are many "treasures" but are hard to find due to the amount of stock.Also it would probably benefit the business if items are steamed or presented with less wrinkles.Overall the shop staff are helpful and inventory is reasonably priced.

I’m extremely disappointed in the profiling my 15 year old daughter received there!! My kid actually loves going there but, I refuse to spend my money there ever again!!Twice my child has been profiled and we’ve spent unnecessary money there because she was embarrassed to say “No” not all kids are thief’s and because my kid is into old school grunge doesn’t make her a bad kid!! The first time I took it as them doing their job but, when I saw it with my own eyes I decided they no longer deserve my money or my child’s!!

1000% do not recommend selling your clothes here. They can't keep track of the merch and when (many) items go missing and unaccounted for their response is they can't do anything about it.**Thanks for your reply, Stacy. I fully read and understood your one page contract. When I dropped my clothes off, you gave me a business card with the date of 4/25/22 that you would hold/sell my items through. I even stopped in on 4/8 and the lady working ensured me that you would hold my items through 4/25. Yet when I came in on 4/22 all the shoes were gone even though I asked for them back. I stand by my review that you are a bad business and not reputable.

This place is not closed, but it should be. Poorly run business, awful stuff and bad merchandise. Would not recommend selling your clothes here, they can't keep track of their own merch and when many items of mine went missing their response was "I'll leave a comment". Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
