Outstanding service, work, and people! I was stranded on my way home via Kingston. They brought my broken down car to the shop. Diagnosed the problem. Drove me to the Kingston ferry so my Husband could drive from Canada (!) to pick me up on the Edmonds side. When it was finished, they picked me up from the ferry to fetch my car. Job done perfectly, priced as it should be. Everyone there was professional, but even more important to me, they were kind and helpful during a stressful time. Thank you guys!!!

Ran over a screw and my car tire was slowly leaking air. It was near closing time for them. I thought I'd try to wait until the next morning but it would not have made it through the night.
They were gracious and took my car in to remove the screw and plug the leak.
Love this place. Amazing service!!!

The owner Bob is a great guy! He had my car up on the lift in a matter of minutes and inspected my vehicle in a matter of minutes! Resolved my concerns very quickly and had me on my way! Normally a charge to inspect it but I let him know I was low on funds and will have to buy the parts second hand! I will definitely be going to this shop because of the kind employees and the family owned business! I was very sorry to here about his father Joe passing! Thanks Joe's Automotive!

It feels good to spend my hard earned money at a well run family business. I had extensive front end work and an engine replacement done at Joe's. Yes my wallet is lighter but the price was still quite reasonable! And they were very prompt with the work. I'm planning to make the trip from Edmonds with my other truck for some much needed repairs soon.

Holy Moly - Joe's Auto is the place to go. Specifically, we worked with Don and he was incredible! He worked us into his already packed schedule and tolerated dozens of questions spread over several days, helped us figure out what we needed AND how to get it done for a fraction of what we would have paid somewhere else. What a great deal, and not a single moment of feeling like we were annoying him (even though it may have been justified if he were!). We will be back the next time we need something!

I've been taking my jeep here for a few years. I have always been impressed by their service. Recently I got the dreaded "death wobble" which I now understand means either the jeep dies or your wallet does. Joe's crew was thorough and went over every inch. Their prices were incredibly fair, it had been several years since serious work had been done on the vehicle. I expect to pay a bit. Driving it home I felt like I was in a new jeep - impressive work and the wobble is all gone (except for a slight temor in my purse). I had previously taken the jeep to a Les Schwab to try and solution the wobble as I was out of town and they were able to get it limped home but not resolve it. Thank you Joe's!Services: Tires

Great company, my grandson had work done on his car, a few days later problem came back. Went back to Joe’s and after looking at it again they told him they put the wrong part in.The fixed it again at no charge.They took responsibility for their mistake and made good on repair.Would highly recommend Joe’s for your auto repairs.
