I recently moved to Kingston from Waco, TX and decided to use Invisible Fence as my 3 shepherd husky mixes did very well with it at my previous home. I found the Kingston branch of Invisible Fence to be exceptional! The customer service, professionalism, and knowledge of the employees were outstanding! I worked with both Mike and Marc- both were excellent at communication, punctuality (they were even able to come early and checked in beforehand to make sure that it was ok), and both were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Marc went through a refresher course with my 3 girls and spent time making sure they were comfortable with the system- he was so great with my dogs, and especially patient with one of my girls who is a bit nervous. I was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone!

We just had Invisible Fence come out and extend our current boundary to accommodate a second dog we are getting today. Mike and Marc did an excellent job. They showed up on time and worked quickly to get everything set up for us.

I have had a great experience with this company. Everyone has been pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. I had a few issues when changes in our landscaping severed a line. Invisible Fence Brand / Kingston, sent people out right away. I highly recommend them.

I have two golden retrievers ages 2 1/2 and 12 weeks. With two very active dogs, I decided it was time to ensure their safety while giving them room to run. From my first meeting with Candy who provided the initial information and Cam who performed the install, I was impressed and optimistic. But honestly, I couldn’t imagine my adventurous goldens could be safely contained. One is a runner and the other- well, just a puppy. I met with Scott weekly for 3 weeks. He was communicative, consistent and provided excellent service and training for both the pups and for me as we learned this new system together. Both dogs are now happily contained! I am still learning to trust the system and have called in a couple times to check on some things only to receive encouragement, coaching and support from Karen, the owner. When my 12 week old Harper left the boundary hours after her final training, Karen provided me some guidance and coaching (outside normal business hours☺️) and scheduled Scott to visit again to ensure Harper is safe. I couldn’t be happier with the whole team and most especially Scott, our trainer. I know I can trust this company will be there for me should I need support. It is a remarkable product and a very caring business that puts the comfort, safety and care of the pups and owners first. Thank you!

Our dog is a classic runner with a lot of anxiety. We had heard good things about Invisible Fence and the home we just bought already had it installed, so we decided to make the investment to get our dogs (we have two small yorkie/shih-tzu mixes) set up and trained. Scott came over and connected immediately with both our pups, taking extra care to help us with Peanut (the anxious one). We were so impressed with his clear explanation of how the system works, the care he took with our dogs, and the time he spent with us helping us understand how to make the most of the fence. We can't say enough good things about our experience and are confident that if we run across any issues, Scott will be able to help and he'll do so with a smile and great attitude.

This the second time we have worked with this company with the same wonderful results. Our first experience started 15 years ago and allowed our wonderful dog to wonder our property for 13 years. Now with a new member of our family we are sure we will receive the same service from this system.Just like the first time the employees were very professional and concerned about ours and our dogs safety.We would highly recommend this company and their system.

The whole team was amazing! From a no stress meeting for a quote, to installation, to training I highly recommend. The quote was stressless with no high pressure. Installation was complete and even my brother, a commercial journeyman electrician, said the installation was good. The big kudos goes to Scott, the trainer. He has a way to make you feel like you are the most important family. He was professional, communicative, and ensured I knew each step along the way. We've had an invisible fence installed by this business for over a year now. We have been amazed that our dogs, one of whom was a wanderer, have been completely contained and never even touch the area where the fence is. Both dogs only tested it a couple of times after the training period and the wanderer dog was even less likely to test it than the other one. If you are worried about your dog being zapped by the fence, you don't really need to worry. They have a complete training program that eases the dogs into understanding their boundaries with very low levels of correction (a vibration that we can hardly even feel with our hands). Scott did our training visits weekly and he was really knowledgable and understanding of the needs for each dog. He was also anticipate our concerns and explain the system to us. Scott is a really caring dog owner himself and will only set the fence correction at what is needed for your dog to keep the dog contained and safely in your yard. We've now trained a third dog on the fence and he was a stray that is now safely contained and not interested in going out of the yard. I've seen both of the dogs chase a cat right to the fence boundary full speed and stop before touching the fence area. Highly recommend this product and this trainer!!

We had our fence installed on March 19, 2020. Although we were apprehensive since Zeus had to always be on a leash or runner. But Ethan installed it quickly and gave us some pointers, when Scott came for the training he was very thorough and told us what we needed to do, by the second week Scott was amazed and told us that we did a great job! It is amazing and Zeus is happier than we have seen him in months. Rudy our puppy does a good job too, but mostly he just fallows Zeus. I can not believe how well it works and if we had tried to train them on our own I am sure we would have failed. Scotts techniques and advice made it not only a pleasure but fun for all of us!! Now Zeus is free and runs crazy in the 1.5 acres the fence is around! I would give 5 stars any day! Kudos to all of you!!!

We just finished our second training with Scott and he is fantastic. He was great with our two dogs and made conducting the training with our dogs on the system really straight forward and successful. Scott is very knowledgeable about the Invisible Fence system and he was terrific to work with.

I was told they very rarely have line breaks. After 4 calls to have it fixed, paying for each, I stated i wasnt satisfied, I would like my money back and their system removed. Website said 100% satisfaction guarentee, yet was told, "it doesnt work that way".
