Can’t say enough about Jordan and her professionalism in assisting me through the renting process.. Her ability to answer multiple questions in addition to her positive attitude is something not often seen In today’s society.
Kudos to having her on the team and do everything you can to keep her.
I was able to observe her with other customers as well and the same positive interactions occurred..

Considering that I was a pretty difficult customer... Not rude or anything, but having to backtrack a lot I was super impressed with how friendly and accommodating they were even afterwards. Trevor is just a nice guy, and the young lady working the front was also very understanding as well.I really hope that in the future there's a situation where I get another chance to do business with them.

These guys are great! To be fair, I have only used them for U-Haul truck rental, so far and have never stored anything with them, but they are perfect for renting a U-Haul pickup truck from, especially when doing runs to the dump as they are located especially close to the Hansville Waste Transfer Station. I'd gladly recommend Ideal Storage for anyone's truck rental needs.
