I came to this location when it was Kingston Crossing Wellness in 2021. I ended up switching insurance providers since they accepted United at the time. I submitted my insurance information and made my payments before leaving the facility each time. It was shocking to receive a bill for hundreds of dollars 3.5 years later. Dr. Josh Bailey claims they do not have my insurance on file nor did they ever submit anything to my insurance. He told me I cannot expect their employees to always follow procedure however it looks to be a recurring issue based on the recent reviews. I believe something very strange is going on here. I have never been met with such resistance from any medical provider when trying to resolve a billing issue. I have attached a screenshot showing my correspondence with Dr. Josh Bailey and his refusal to send me a revised bill since I have a copy of our correspondence via email. I have never heard of anything more unprofessional from any medical facility. I still have yet to settle this bill because of Dr. Josh Baileys refusal to provide a correct bill. I will be making a complaint to Bob Fergusons office about this. Additionally I have compiled some other various concerning reviews about Dr. Josh Bailey.

Just recently got notified via email that I have an unpaid balance from 3 years ago. I was a cash paying patient and paid in full at the start of care. Have never gotten a bill or phone call regarding a balance due. Until now. One time, I was left in traction and forgotten until the front office saw me when they were closing up for the night. They were very apologetic. Major staff turnover during my treatment time to include business office manager,front desk staff, and even the other chiropractor walked out and quit! I believe there was no real management, and they were trying to grow the practice too fast with new services like vitamin infusions and oxygen therapy. It's just a shame that now, three years later, previous patients are getting bills for services that they thought were paid or "written off." Was told they have a new accounting program. Seems sketchy and unethical to me.

Revised 3 years later: after over 3 years of staying away from this horrible chiropractor, paying fully at my last visit in 2021, and having zero contact with them in the meantime, they send me a random bill for $25 and give me the snark, the rude, and the attitude for being surprised I owe anything. They insist the bill they sent is my invoice, but it has zero information about the last service date or what the heck this is for. Lousy chiropractor, unprofessional staff, and clearly disorganized and inaccurate bookkeeping. It’s wild.
Original review from 2021: Have you ever been to chiropractor that gives you the creeps? I have-at Kingston Crossing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was horrible. Three receptionists literally just stared at me. I had to initiate the check in process, and everyone just seemed extremely disinterested in life. That's fine, whatever. Super weird as a customer, but I'll work with that.
I was brought back by a chiropractor. We talked about my issues and he took x-rays. He then set me on this stretching machine and said he'd check on me every few minutes. I wasn't checked on the whole time, except towards the end, he came to tell me that I was laying there wrong. How can I be doing something wrong when I'm just laying there?
He then advised another doctor would be with me shortly. This is where the creepy comes into play. Suddenly I hear "hey.." and some random dude I've never seen before starts unhooking my corset-thing from the stretching table. No intro, no "how are you feeling?"
Takes me into the cracking room and as we're talking, he keeps pulling his mask down, frantically rubbing his mouth and nose, to the point where I watched a booger dislodge onto the corner of his nostril. I really don't care that much about covid precautions, but Jesus... If you're rubbing your face so hard that I watch a booger tumble out from stage left, I'm getting grossed out.
Without washing his hands, he starts touching my neck and face. So gross. He also smelled like Axe body spray. I felt like I was in high school-in a bad way-again.
One of the biggest issues is that he never looked at the x-rays, and then proceeded to try to adjust me. No fault of his OR mine, but I'm a way tall lady, and this dude was much shorter. To the point that he couldn't really adjust me well. I've been to chiropractors before, even very short ones, and this dude was basically getting me into improper positions to (try to) adjust me because he couldn't physically do it the right way. And I felt this later. This was not good. So, in pain and covered in booger hands, I decided that this place is NOT for me. So impersonal, nobody there really seemed to care about anything. Xanax crew, I guess?
Beware. There are much better places that actually care about you and won't wipe booger hands on your face!

OMG! My visit was absolutely incredible. I entered that office is so much pain and left being able to walk without any pain. Can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you doctor for relieving me of the pain.

Great staff. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me in.
I feel great now and the prices are very reasonable and worth it!
The parking situation is also great. I pull a trailer and had now problem finding a spot.

Very Friendly & Helpful. I can make a call, and they are always able to get me in. Such a relief. I leave with a lot of helpful knowledge, and shoulder and back pain relief. Great people.

The girls are super friendly and Dr. Bailey is always professional and does the perfect neck pops! I do lash extensions so my upper back and neck always needs work and I've been super happy with my adjustment package.

Went in for a shoulder pain I've been experiencing Doc Bailey took me in and went above & beyond having an adjustment - he put me thru some tough stretches and exercises and explained what I needed to start doing at home to help me help myself to get rid of this pain. Much appreciated Doc!
