Flying Wrench treated me to exceptional service and care. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. I took the truck to them after Westhills Dodge RAM screwed my engine up so badly that it had to be replaced. Flying Wrench took the truck in and patiently waited for me to get an engine. Thier work was professional and personal at the same time. Thanks to Bernie and all of his staff.

Let’s start with this for a little context. My family and I were on a 4000 mile road trip and I got the dreaded “in 150 mile, 5mph max, service DEF system. Both service managers were super nice. I had called 12 other diesel shops that were closer and non of them were willing to help us. I then called flying wrench and they said they would help me out if I can get the truck to them. So I drove the truck almost 2 hours from our camper.
When we arrived around 1pm they made sure our family had accommodations and were set up at our RV site. They even had a couple of the shop guys help move a deep freezer into our van from the bed of the truck. They had the truck diagnosed and parts ordered before the end of the day. They specifically texted me pictures of the truck getting worked on and multiple phone calls keeping me updated. The service managers gave my wife and I great places to go visit and places not to visit. 2 days later the truck was ready, on time just as stated.
We packed up and headed on down the road. 800 miles later the message came back on the truck. I pulled the code and called flying wrench back. On a Friday and Bernie’s day off, also what would have been after hours, he didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and assist me. He was taking time away from his family to help mine get home. He did everything he possibly could to help me get my family home multiple times since dropping the truck of initially. He even called some of his friends in the Industry along our route home to let them know I might be stopping in if it starts getting western again. Bernie and the other service manager there definitely went above and beyond my expectations and were extremely happy to do so. This shop doesn’t make you feel like just another customer. They make you feel like your family/friend and do everything they can to help.
So if you’re ever in the area and need something for your diesel don’t over look these guys. They will take care of you as much as they possibly can. I know if I am ever up that way and need a repair, flying wrench will be my first and only call.

Can't say snuff good about these guys. 2 weeks before road trip to Alaska hauling our fifth my RAM 3500 threw a code about the turbo. I called Flying Wrench and explained my plight. George was STUNNING! He was sympathetic about our plight and promised to try to have the truck reissued in time for our departure date. He knew more about the truck than any service person I've ever met. Their yard was full of diesel pickups and trucks off all kinds so i knew they were deeply familiar with my Cummins. He got the truck in within two days. They diagnosed the problem and the new part was installed less than a week later with 3 days to spare! Not cheap but expedited and very professional. All of the staff were friendly and Grorge and the owner grew up in Hansville area. What a gem to have in the community! Can recommend without reservation!

When I asked about their dyno, Bernie explained they use it for 1000+ HP trucks but they could try to get a reading off my jetta TDI. For just $200 bucks they set me up and I was able to find out what my little diesel could do. Well worth it, great people!

I had had slight problems with how my diesel truck had been running for several months. All other shops to which I had taken it were not attentive or caring about my concerns. The staff at Flying Wrench Services were very responsive to my rather vague description of the issues, from my first phone call all the way until the service was complete. I SO appreciate it! They also answered questions that I had.

I took my dump trailer to Flying Wrench Services and they were very nice, and fixed my trailer in less than 48 hours and that included a full inspection and brake packing. The initial reason for bringing my trailer in was a stupid user error on my part with the battery draining and instead of being condescending or laughing they were super kind and joked with me about it. Sometimes you gotta just laugh at yourself for being stupid sometimes. The owner even came out and introduced himself and was really nice and told us a couple of good stories about trailering and overloading. It was a good experience over all and I learned a couple things too. I’d highly recommend these guys for anything. They can do it all, basic cars to dump trailers, heavy machinery, etc. You name it these guys can handle it. I’ll certainly bring my dump trailer to these guys for bigger jobs like brakes, hydraulics, etc because it’s better to let a pro make sure you’re safe out there on the road. Thanks, Flying Wrench!!
