I rarely write reviews, but the service I received at Benchmark Automotive has been exceptional. My wife and I bought two sets of tires and had an alignment done. They were courteous and professional and explained exactly what they found and did on the alignment work and tire selection. We enquired about their capabilities to service our Volvo S80 cars and they took the time to talk to us. We have taken our cars to Volvo dealerships for routine service since purchasing them new, but we plan to take them to Benchmark in the future.

I have used Benchmark Automotive several times for several different vehicles. Each time the work was performed professionally and thoroughly. The vehicles never came back dirty from the work performed and have always come back with the work completed properly. The employees are professional, personable and honest about the condition of our vehicles and the type of repairs that should be done. For us, the quality of work and parts are very important and we haven't been disappointed. The cost of repair work is definitely cheaper than dealer prices and competitive with other private shops.
I have recommended Benchmark Automotive to friends, family and even people I've just met. I have faith that they won't disappoint.

Have been taking my vehicles here for the last few months, has always been a pleasant experience and will be returning for any of my auto repair needs, best auto repair shop in the Kingston area.
