“Kingston Collision exceeded my expectations; incredible work! I had turned into a concrete block in our almost brand new SUV which totally trashed the back passenger door. “First off. The communication was great, Natalie kept me informed on the stages of repair and even called to ask if we’re okay because of all the flooding. We live out in Sultan, Washington. There are very few shops around that still make Quality work their biggest priority. Larry at Edmonds Autobody is focused on maintaining the highest quality work possible. I recently had a whole bunch of rocks fly out of a dump truck at my car leaving me with a broken windshield and a badly chipped hood, bumper and fenders, I worked for Larry when I was a kid and I learned what quality Autobody work is at Edmonds Autobody. Larry is the best painter I know. I have worked at a lot of body shops and I knew if I want my car to be fixed to my high standards I need to take it to Edmonds Autobody. “Mike at Fleurys was super helpful- I received a recommendation from my oil change place to go to Fleurys when my car was hit and needed to be towed to a body shop. Fleurys was one of the few places around that would allow tow ins. They worked with my insurance (usaa), and exceeded expectations with the required work and also allowed me to fix another small ding on my car in addition to the larger insurance fix. My car was returned, clean, smelling wonderful, and in a timely manner. thank you!”

“They sell used Volvo parts. Not much to say 10/10
They also will work on your car: Finding someone with such thorough knowledge of 80s Volvos is very helpful in this day and age for people keeping them running. They seem to stand by their work and charge a fair price. (They modified an aftermarket distributor for me because the original was no longer available. Total life saver and my car runs perfectly now)
I did have a mistake that rubbed me the wrong way: After having the transmission swapped in my car, the kickdown cable was set so that it never reached the kickdown detent at full throttle. They explained their mechanic "usually gets it right the first time" and they'll readjust it. When I complained, they set it so that it hit the kickdown detent at only 1/2 throttle which is even more unhinged... Why would I want a car that doesn't shift out of 1st gear until 4000rpm?? I was able to set it myself with the engine off just by the feel of the throttle so that the detent was at the end of the pedal travel and it was perfect the first time. Definitely gives the sense that the mechanic might not know what he's doing. Especially since the service manuals explain how to set it using numerical measurements (the cool thing about numbers is they're the same every time)
I did have two other issues that really weren't their fault as far as I can tell but my girlfriend was mad at me for not taking my car to Kim in the first place..”
