I still remember going to the same bank with my father when it was Kitsap Federal Credit Union as well ? Love them, love the Poulsbo branch especially, absolutely would recommend them to anyone.”
“Unlike the 1 star reviews posted for the Silverdale NFCU branch, we have nothing but positive things to say regarding the customer service we have received in the 21 years we have been using this branch out of the 26 years we've been members of NFCU, both stateside and abroad in the Philippines & Italy. I'm docking them a star only because their automated phone system, just like many other businesses nowadays. There is NO FAST WAY to speak directly with a live human being without going thru a menu of several items to ascertain the reason for your call.”

“Staff at the Bremerton office are so friendly and helpful. When my daughter opened her account she even commented how she'd feel comfortable asking them questions unlike the other CU we bank with. High praise from a teenager.My only issue has been that no one could tell me when my intro rate on my Visa card expired. The call center rep told me it had expired 6 months before which clearly wasn't correct. Systems should be more transparent for staff and members.”
“Excellent service. Now that Covid restrictions have lifted the wait times are less and last time we were in and out in less than 15 min. We always come here first to get a car loan because very often they have better rates. But beware of their Mortgage service as I have not heard any good things. Customer service from the tellers is also excellent, and they will take time to explain the process to my kids when they make transactions.”

“I had the best experience with William R. He was extremely polite, patient and kind with the billion questions I asked. I lack much knowledge in the world of banking/finances. William explained it all so well and even provided me with visuals so I could understand.I typically seek services with the BECU in the Seattle area. For the last couple of months they weren’t able to give me much info in regards to my Roth IRA. But William was the first person to give some further information. He’s definitely someone I’ll keep in touch with in regards to my BECU needs.”
