I can’t stand this business! I wish internet service wasn’t monopolized by them where I live! I will be the first to cancel when something else pops up. I tried to switch my plan to lower my bill, because it jumped 30 dollars per month after the first year!!! Confirmed a different plan and everything with their sales representative. Next month I get a bill for the same damn price. I’m trying to reach out to them again to fix this and it’s so difficult to get in touch with a LIVE person. It’s such a scam.In addition, the gal on the phone when I had thought my plan changed a month ago made a mistake (I even called to verify the mistake) and sent me extra equipment. I returned it to the store and the office staff was so unprofessional. I mean, I wasn’t the one who made the mistake, I gladly returned your product to your store, using up my gas and time and you give me attitude about it?! What the heck! So RUDE!Save yourself and DO NOT get stuck with them!!!

I have xfinity two line problem no activate numberWhen I went back to follow up and seek help from the store, the manager didn’t want to help out me and pushed me away saying that I will need to troubleshoot the matter with the customer care on Phone. He was not factually wrong, but his attitude could have been slightly more considerate and welcomingThe Sales rep was standing in the corner trying to avoid eye contact, instead of stepping up to help me so very bad services

Service is terrible. I’m going to switch to another provider. If you are going with Xfinity, be prepared for below1. Customer service disconnects calls often2. Long wait time to talk to agent to support3. Service technicians do not complete request fully and be ready to pay $100 if you need to follow up to fully fix.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Sat on the phone for an hour for the employee to confiding herself repeatedly. They don’t tell u when u owe money until 4 months later and then all the sudden u have a late payment due. And they don’t tell u if or when to return their stuff hoping u don’t return it and they can just charge u more money. They up prices without notice. My bill went from $90 to $140 without notice.

Excellent customer service by a crew of bilingual agents. Though I didn’t need any translations, I could tell that their ability to speak Spanish was invaluable to other customers. The ability to communicate in more than one language should be recognized by xfinity, and staff should be given a stipend for this added value to the customers. I was impressed by all agents, especially Odin. He and the manager worked hard to resolve our issues by explaining clearly, calmly and professionally. Though the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped, due to company policy, we felt satisfied that they did all they could to provide good service.

Similar bad experience to others. Appearantly the staff are not capable or trained that if there are multiple people waiting you should ask..."Who is next ?" Anyway, on a simple return of an old box they entered the wrong serial number and killed our new box! After hours on the phone and no TV they're having to send out a tech. My receipt clearly shows they entered the serial number for my new box as the box being returned! I have one watchable TV, and because of their screw up I have nothing! I will drive any miles necessary to never step foot into this location again.

The friendly knowledgeable staff took 5 minutes to resolve my modem pick up request, offered me some configuration pointers, and offered to take any equipment back that got UPSed out in error. The store was clean, displays were compelling, and the gave me information on the Xfinity security option.

Tyler was great! I came in to return a camera and just a few questions about switching my phone line from T-Mobile to xfinity. Was probably there for 30minutes and he got me hooked up with a new phone and line! Making the process so easy! Thank you!

Went to store this morning seeking to lower. My bill by changing services. Agent was new and called out a supervisor to assist. I was told they couldn’t take off any services but I could keep everything I had and they could lower my price to $155 a month from 267. It currently is. When I got home, I only had 10 channels instead of 182 and nothing else, when I called for assistance from Comcast, they told me the only thing they could do was to turn my channels back on was have me agree to a new contract at $195 a month. I talked to several levels and never could talk to a supervisor, and they refuse to turn my service back on or restore the contract. I already had unless I agreed to a new one at the higher price. Then they told me nobody could talk to me until tomorrow morning, a supervisor would call me back and in the meantime, I could only have the 10 channels that I currently have. This is not acceptable as they are holding me hostage. I already had paid for the services that I no longer have and they refuse to do anything about it except me wait till they call me tomorrow and in the meantime, I have my days off and no TV not an acceptable way to do business and every time I’ve tried to call them for issues with my service. I get nothing but poor service and there’s nothing I have no option but to use them if I want to have TV service, so this is not acceptable and will probably lead to further up calls to the Better Business Bureau or whoever I need to talk to you because this is just really unfair and really I think a legal.

I stood in line for 20 minutes to turn in my equipment then I no longer need. I caught them in a lie. One person over the phone told me that they charge a month in advance. Then the lady at the store told me they did not charge in advance my bill was $670

Extremely terrible and frustrating experience.The sales representative was very friendly and promising while selling the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Told me that I will receive the iPhone in 2 days (which was a lie, probably intentional, because the other sales rep at other store knew that its 2-3 days from the next day when it gets shipped).Unfortunately, my phone never arrived due to technical errors, and I got a cancellation email after two weeks.When I went back to follow up and seek help from the store, the manager didn’t want to entertain me and pushed me away saying that I will need to troubleshoot the matter with the customer care on Phone. Excellent service in getting a new cable box. At home, Xfinity phone service got my cable up and running. Happy to know I will see the Seattle Space Needle New Year's Eve fireworks!
