The manager is supper shadey in bussiness pratices and did not pay my millage for taking the depoists to the bank like she was supposed to. So i would take my money to a bussiness that do what they say and are suppose to do.

I work in the male dominated world of outdoor power equipment. This had me in search of "work pants" for women. Kaylen, Bri and Jacqueline surpassed all expectations. They helped me find a couple perfect pairs and sent me on my way with all the information I needed for some sizes they didn't have in stock! Well done! I will be back!

Great products, great staff! I cannot afford to pay maximum retail price for durable goods. Willy's provides a product at reasonable costs with a huge selection.I stopped at Federal Way store but the item I was looking for had sold out. The staff called the Kent store, verified the item I was looking for was there, reserved it and I got my pants.The team at Willy's present a happy face with knowledge of products, and viable alternatives.I truly appreciate the owners and the teams they put together to provide quality at reasonable prices to those of us on limited finances.Last word... the products they sell last a very long time in rough, course work environments. I have been shopping at Willy's for 7 years and will continue for many more, my dollar is hard earned but I have no issue spending at Willy's Workwear.

Needed a high Vis coat. Great selection of workweek in general. Prices are too bad. I bought a coat and a new pair of workbooks for less than 150.00 the coat and boots are both high quality.

Went to return a pair of boots i bought last week and was denied my return. I had my receipt, i was just not happy with the comfort of the boot i had to wear for the long haul. They said they don't do returns because of comfort..... Really disappointing! I won't be going back there for work boots again being as comfort is big on work wear

25jan2022 ~11:30 dropped-in for a little shopping. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The Displays were well organized, neat and clean. There were only 2 other Shoppers in the Store. i didn't find anything that i need today, but will be back in the future ?
