Decent store BUT hours are wrong on Yelp. They close at 10 pm, not 11 as listed here.

I went in for a backpack. I had to go to the front of the store (2 people sitting literally at the door) and one of them had to come to self check out to page someone. The item I needed was right at the door, but it was locked up. I'd love to say I love my backpack, but it is still at the store. Out of 6 employees present in the 2 areas and a male manager that was nearby, no one helped me. I guess I will be going to Target or Walmart because FM didn't want my business today.:(

rude at the door. checking my receipt like I stole something. rude lady at the door with her attitude checking receipts with 3 security guards. one way gates in the store you can't go back through. I'm tired of coming here with the stupid rules and you wanna be rude about it too. there's to many other stores close by to take that from a store worker.

Guy name Ahmed who is a pharmacy assistant doesn't have enough knowledge in the pharmacy and will give you wrong information. Went to pick up my medication at drive thru window I mentioned that i have covid and still he wanted me to come inside to wait even though i gave him and his pharmacist PARMINDER SEKHON more than 4 hours in advance. Later after proving my point he then sold it to me after making few phone calls. Your customer service sucks!! I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to any of my friends or family. They don't fill rx on time. AHMED M AND PARMINDER SEKHON is RUDE!!! You two shouldn't be working in the pharmacy after showing really bad temper at your customer. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!

Nice place to go shopping at! Its cheap and has all you need. Its overall amazing place . This place has good helpers and it has all I need for school most of the time. And its for the best price I have seen in a while, Its a safe place to go shopping at. Very few problems except the self check out problems. Very nice environment. Its mostly busy at mid day. So I go early in the mornings. I go here anytime I need too.

Most poorly stocked store in the area (besides the Safeway up the road). I have been ordering delivery for a year and I usually get about 70% of what I order due to no stock. We are talking basics. Be better.

Horrible customer service. The lady was rude because she had no capacity to think like an adult. I went to Bartells down the street and got the help I needed. Met with the store manager who knew how to manage. Excellent customer service. Thank you Bartells!

We just moved to Federal Way so last week when I went to the store in Twin Lakes for the first time it was such a disappointing experience. Many empty shelves, staples not available and what was on the shelves was messy. I decided to drive the other direction and try the Redondo store this week- so glad I did. Everything I needed was on the shelves, well-stocked deli with nice people behind the counter, a wide variety of good-looking produce and flowers. Nice parking lot, easy to access gas station outside, too. This will be my store from now on. Yay!

This is no reflection on the staff that provide the pick-up service, but it IS a reflection on how poorly managed the store is in general, and how corporate policy in Cincinnati needs to be changed. I placed my usual order this week to be picked up between 5 and 6 tonight. I got a call earlier today, stating that I needed to wait until 6 to pick it up. Once in the lot, I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR for my order, and it was missing two important items. In order to keep my wait down, they didn't even bother to seek a substitute for one of them...and the other one, they substituted I can't eat for medical reasons. I'm angry and frustrated that the "leaders" who operate this store failed this team so horribly. Especially in light of the lockdown we are under currently, the wise move would have been to move staff from other departments to help the pick-up team. Yeah. Leaders indeed. Gary, you're incompetent at best. Do us a favor and demote yourself, because you failed your staff horribly tonight. I'm going to Safeway in the future.

I've been coming here for years, but only because I have to. I'm tired of the lazy employees here, all they do is blame the customer when the mistakes are on their end. They enter manual price overrides when they can't find a price. Which is fine, but they are always overcharging by an unreasonable amount. So much so, that I notice it on my receipt walking out. When I request a price adjustment, they give me attitude, like its my fault. They should have asked someone to do a price check, or tell me they can't find a price, then I can decide if I want it or not. Instead they key it up without telling me. I literally have to request an adjustment every couple weeks. I'm just wondering how many other people they are doing this too. Brought an empty propane tank for an exchange. I've got employees giving me conflicting information about which entrance to bring it in to complete the exchange. I'm literally driving back and forth between the garden area and the main entrance multiple times because no one knows. Then some idiot gives me attitude about how unsafe it is, calling it a bomb, and how I can't bring it in. I keep reiterating it's empty. I just need to know where to bring it for exchange. I literally asked before even bringing in the empty tank. That check cashing place is a s*** show. Don't get me started on that. Also self checkout needs an attitude adjustment, why are they always so rude. Don't blame me that the kiosks are replacing jobs. And your managing 4+ kiosks at a time. It's got nothing to do with me. Some people need help with technology. Especially the elderly. These are just a few of the most recent scenarios that come to mind. I'm just tired of the BS attitudes from the employees after all these years.

I had a wonderful experience at Fred Meyer Jewelers today! I was shopping and happened to pass by the counter and wanted to look around at watches. Fernando quickly welcomed me and recommended a few watches to look at. He never pressured me to make a purchase. He made the experience easy--it felt like I was shopping with a friend. I ended up buying the perfect watch. Thank you Fernando! I will be sure come back!
