A bank is useless when they won't exchange Canadian money for American currency without an account. It's still money, but not at this bank. Under the mattress is a better bet.

Worst bank I've had the displeasure of being a customer for. Their customer service is straight awful. They do not respond to emails, their phone service is basically non-existent, and the in person tellers have no power to do anything beyond the most basic transactions which you can already do online. Don't bank here.

ATM always says "Cash unavailable". No other close locations either. What's the point of having an 24 hr ATM you can't use?
