Many times when I go inside the WF Meeker St branch in Kent , WA, there is a lack of people working there. Today was no exception. There were 3 tellers in place and all 3 were handling business clients that had a huge number of transactions to make. The line got longer and longer--no one did anything about it. I spoke to the manager, and he did not seem to have a problem with the fact that customers were waiting in line for 20 plus minutes. Just "Thank you for your patience." Here is a suggestion: How about 1 teller dedicated to business customers only. This is a totally unsatisfactory way to handle your bank and your everyday customers. Considering the Meeker St branch, I understand why brick and mortars are going away. If you can't staff properly, close the branch. Maybe with the threat of closure-a little more customer service might happen!

Horrible customer service. Wells Fargo in Kirkland was able To offer waving A fee for me. The representatives at this location were just rude. The had refused waving the fee, claiming that a manager wasn't available to waive the fee, but another representative there had just told me the manager was just busy at the moment. I've been a customer since 2006 and this location is just outright terrible. Definitely wouldn't suggest visiting this location unless you just needed to use the atm.

A Discriminatory branch. Refused to make change for my $100 bill. Had to go to Chase down the street to be treated like a human being apparently.

When I want to punish my children I take them with me to make my employers business deposits at the Federal Way Wells Fargo drive up banking. It's easily 35 minutes of boredom and breathing exhaust fumes. Thank you Wells Fargo for providing me a great punishment for my children.

Two tellers. Long wait. At least no chatting. Be prepared during the cv19 drive through only,to wait a bit. Go to bathroom before you go through drive through. Tellers have to leave area in order to get you cash ..so its a wait each car. Expect 30 to 40 mins

Well lets just start this out by saying I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for over 26 years. About 15 years ago someone used my debit card at an electronics store and racked up about 4000 dollars on my debit card which took my account down to a negative 3 dollars. After discovering what happened I got on the phone with a customer service rep and she told mev" If you knew how to manage my money I wouldn't be overdrawn." Well when someone drains your bank account fraudently in 2 days pretty hard to see that. Even with this I stayed with the bank, probably just because of convenience. Now my review for this time. I deposited my paycheck into my account except the teller in the drive thru put it into someone other persons account, a lady down in Texas noticed my check in her account and called me. She has spent numerous hours trying to fix, not her problem but really nice lady. I have been on the phone with the branch, customer srrvice, then to the complaint department for nearly 5 hours the last few days. They have told me they need to investigate what happened and it will take 5 to 10 business days. I and the lady in Texas know what happened. My wife works at a different bank and they can fix this within minutes and also my business banker said she would have fixed this same day. Of course neither of them work at Wells Fargo. After talking to about 8 different people there, and everytime they transfer me they say Thank You for banking with Wells Fargo. I dont ever want to hear that phrase again. Their procedures says 5 to 10 business days to investigate and you won't have your money before then. That is not acceptable to me and they could care less. No one wants to take responsibility for their mistake and just keep getting the run around. It's Christmas time and it would be nice to have that money so I can buy gifts for my family since 2020 has been a crapoy year. Well I have made an appointment with a different bank and will be setting up my new accounts there. I am closing my accounts at Wells Fargo after 26 years and will never have to here them "patronize me ever again. Oh yeah I still do not have my money.

Banks closed because of the virus. That's understandable. So why don't you fix the ATM? Wells Fargo sucks!
