All should be careful using the atm at the Kent branch, when it brakes down and does not give you your money, the bank will not fix the problem. Your atm, your problem.

It was a good, not great, bank. Seems to have a lot of issues with communication to customers regarding changes. I personally also had constant issues with the app not working (unable to sign in)
