This is THE WORST Walgreens I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Every time I go there something is always wrong. It either takes too long to get through the line, they give you a hard time when they get things wrong, they act as if they don't care, and they give don't know how to communicate with other Walgreens. My last visit there had to be the worst! For some context my partner and I went to Ocean Shores for Valentine's Day. My partner forgot his meds so he called this Walgreens and they told him to reach out to the nearest Walgreens and have them give him emergency meds. He asked what was the nearest to Ocean Shores and they gave us Longview???? We started on our way before we realized how far out of the Longview was. My partner reached out to the nearest Walgreens and asked to fill the prescription and they were able to do that. They gave us only a week's worth of meds, which was enough. Fast forward to a week ago. We go to this Walgreens to fill his prescription and they tell us that we can't get it because it would be too early. They said that we took the prescription on 2/13/24 and cannot get it again until 3/16/24. We're like we only got a week's worth of meds that day and that would not cover until the next prescription. They acted as if they do not care and kept saying the same thing. We ended up not getting the meds and my partner had to wait to get his meds. We were finally able to pick it up today. Thankfully, it is not a med that is needed for life support. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY UNCARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

The store has good selections for the isle that I'm in. Didn't go on through the entire store. The service was good. The music playing outside the store was so loud.

The pharmacy here is so busy so I try to be empathetic but this group is always so rude and have a lack of empathy on their end. I understand it's a thankless job but it really is this location. In Auburn, the experience is completely different. Will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.

The store itself is fine. I'm rating the pharmacy. I cannot say a single positive thing about the pharmacy. The staff is rude, slow, and totally unhelpful. I dread going there and am looking elsewhere.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I have had so many issues getting Rx filled. The techs don't smile. The manager of the pharmacy told me to not come back to his store. I have too many issues.

We just sat at the drive up window 4 / 10 minutes we got to the window. It was 127. They stuck their sign up for lunch. Prior to one thirty, then a young woman came and was going to help us. And older woman told her she could not help us. It was lunch time. It was a woman the pharmacist that we have had issues with before. We will be taking our prescription somewhere else. If we could file a lawsuit against them, we would for all the times that they have given us the wrong prescriptions and the wrong amount, and all the problems and issues they've caused us horrible place

Great experience with the photo center leading up to Christmas! Ordered some custom calendars and they were printed quickly, ahead of the estimated time. Pickup was easy with a helpful cashier at the photo center. The whole store was well staffed on Christmas Eve with helpful and cheerful folks. Overall a great experience!

Id give negative stars if I could! this pharmacy is beyond bad...never experienced such terrible customer service from a walgreens. Im coming back to WA after being in MO where they are known for not being friendly so I was beyond happy to return so this truly upsets me! Not only are they short with you when you have questions but they leave you on hold for hours and then pick up and hang up, no matter how nice you are to them. Called at 12:40pm, was on hold until 2:10pm when they hung up. When i listen back to the automated voice at the beginning, its probably because they have lunch break from 1:30pm-2:00pm?...and when they transfer you to their dispensory team, THEY leave you on hold for hours and then pick up, you hear them talking and then they hang up too! I called to speak to a manager, the pharmacy put me into a generic voicemail so I called the store and the manager made excuses for them so thats no help...sending my RX elsewhere, oh, and walgreens?? DO BETTER!!?

I went to pickup medication today for my daughter but they said my insurance doesn't cover. So i offered to pay cash and the pharmacist refused. I felt discriminated. She did this either because am black. I have never experienced this in my life. Was told to contact another pharmacy so they can transfer the prescription. Its past 2days since the Dr sent the prescription there. Her infection is not getting any better now that she has to wait for the other pharmacy to call them.

Zero stars! They never answer the phone. No one knows what is going on. They promise the prescription will be ready and it never is. They don't call when there is an issue. When your doc sends an RX, they don't start the process to fill it unless you call them and spend an hour on hold. Do. Not. Use. This. Pharmacy!

The worst store cashier. I came this morning September 4 to buy lenses formula for my daughter and I had a $10 off coupon but the cashier scanned it, ripped it, and threw it in garbage. When I tried to pay I saw it said $24 and the coupon doesn’t show up and when I asked her she said this is valid for upcoming purchases and I got this coupon two days before this day so it is my upcoming purchases. I canceled it and was so frustrated of the way she talked and acted with me. I don’t know her name but she was dark skin young lady who was very rude to me?
