“The staff are very nice and so is the vet. I had to put down my cat that i had for 12 1/2 years there and they were great. Before deciding to put her down, they were communicating often and answered any questions i had while we figured out what was wrong with my cat. It was a sad time for me but they were very kind and considerate. They are efficient too. They told me that I’d get my ashes/fur clippings/ceramic paw print in 2 weeks but ended up getting it back in 1 week. I even got sent a condolence card signed by multiple staff members. I have a new cat now and will definitely be bringing her here to the Kent VCA!”
“I recently began taking our cat to this veterinary hospital as our former vet retired. I have found the care to be of high quality and a good value. It’s a small facility near Covington and Maple Valley which also houses an animal rescue and has shelter cats available for adoption. Our cat Maizie sees Dr. Yun, and we’re working with her to get our kitty feeling better! Very caring and friendly staff.”
