Went in to get my phone fixed and was surprised when I found out I had a different carrier. I thought I would check out to see if I wanted to change my carrier. When I found out what the monthly fee would be, I was very surprised! There was just no way I could afford it, and told them so. I wish I had gotten the mans name, he really upset me. The pressure tactics he used were really unnecessary. I just could not afford what they had to offer. To go from $47.00 to $113. a month was a no go for me.
Explaining to him, the pressure tactic was not helping him at all. And he should be more insightful of his customers demeanor. His come back was telling me he was the top selling person in bla bla bla... Really did not sit well with me. Doesn't look like I will be going back there anytime soon.

If you need help, go see Uriel. He has helped us from the time first time we got our phones and has continued to help us with our business account. Uriel was able to calm my husband when he gets fustrated and that can be hard to do at times. If we're ever in need of a new phone or make changes, we will go see Uriel.

Do not go to this store. I was lied too, equipment and services were put on my account without permission fortunately we were able to fix the situation before the amount was debited from our account but call in or go to a different store. This place is commission only focused.
Listen - I get it - commission based sales can be challenging but straight up lying to your customers for a new line activation is pretty bad.

Totally disappointed with the retail sales personnel who’d helped me to upgrade my iPhone 14 promax from 12. I’m suppose to get $1000 promotions on my 14 promax after 3 billing cycles, but the sale Lady who’d helped me out didn’t really-stocked my devices back, so the pretty much they lost my phone and hard time giving me my credits and it’s been already 10 months. I’ve been there multiple times to resolved this issue, but twice they have new manager and every time new employees who doesn’t seem helping to resolve my issue. So I’m leaving breaking with Verison coz of the worst costumer service received from Verizon store at Ramsey way Kent.

Open till 6 but he said he closes at 5? I didn’t know you can close whenever you wanted?! Just wanted to trade in my phone and say sorry I did all my trade in’s already? Like you can’t hold it and do it tomorrow? Horrible service.

Sam did an incredible job if you need assistance ask for Sam they are all really helpful best service I have had with Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years so I have seen many different stores in many different states Tacoma WA you have an amazing team
