The store associates here take advantage of older and more gullible/vulnerable people. They convinced my unknowing parents to take an iphone 15 instead of the iphone15 pro, despite them paying for the deal that gives them the Pro (they insisted the Pro was a worse phone...). They additionally signed them up for a business account because they asked if they hold any stocks, which my mom does, but this doesn't make them a business owner, nor does it mean they should require a business account. Stop scamming your customers. For shame, Verizon. For shame.

I'm not happy with Verizon these days. I wish that I'd went with Xfinity. Cellular sales sells Verizon but they will do their best to screw you over. They're about commission only I was burned so bad. It took me 12 phone calls and five complaints and I'm not sure if it's even sorted yet. Do not go to cellular sales, especially the one in Dupont.

Brandon, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended was really helpful. I had bad experiences from the past. But he went step by step and resolved the issue. He stayed late to help us out. I recommend anybody to him. Thanks for all your help!

I don't like Verizon so 0 stars feels appropriate... they were unable to help with our issue, but the employee wishes they could help. The person we dealt with listened to us and offered to do a special meeting. so 5 star is granted. I appreciate having stores that are empowered to help us, but they needed customer support line. That happened to me at Tmobile too, so I believe him.Verizon is the company that hangs up on people saying: we're sorry you're having problems. and scams the older people into paying high rates.But then some of the hurdles and expense may be worth it if they implement proper data hygiene and resist hacking.If they do things right where other companies cut corners, and they have coverage in many locations, then they may be right for some people.It turns out that I was unable to complete my mission when I returned while the store was open. It was too good to be true and I shouldn't have fallen for it.

This location is amazing. When I moved back from. Canada about 2 years ago one of the reps (taller with glasses) got me hooked up with a great phone for a great price (so sorry I am blanking on your name). And now here 2 years later I went to the same location for some issues that I was having with the signal for the phone and Brian was there to save the day. Brian lived up the the standard the previous rep set on my last visit by taking my issue with the utmost seriousness. Brian set me up with a solution he believes will work and gave me a very clear plan moving forward for if the fix is successful and for another option if the problem persists. Thank you to all the reps as this store they are top notch

Clayton!!! That’s all I’m saying! If you go to Verizon and don’t ask for Clayton you went to the wrong person! I sat with Clayton with my broken phone and he went above and beyond helping me (for 0 money mind you)! Seriously, he helped me through a plethora (means a lot) of troubleshooting, various avenues of getting it through the warranty. On top of that dealing with Apple I.d. Lock outs. I really can’t say enough. All in all my issue took 4 days to totally get it repaired and back to normal. Even having him switch my number to an old phone so I had something in between the chaos! 5 stars to the Verizon Kent store 10 stars to Clayton. He’s the one I will be seeing from now on. Thank you so much brother!

Clayton took his time and found us the best promotions available to us. He gathered all necessary accessories and thoroughly explained all charges. He stayed late after his shift ended to complete our transaction. I highly recommend Clayton as he is knowledgeable, accomodating, and professional.

Be aware that this is not an actual Verizon store but an authorized retailer. They will tell you they have your back but have no idea what the fine print on the contract says. Because of this I got screwed over. I got my money taken from me and the one thing I requested from them was disregarded and now I’m on the phone trying to fix this. Just go to the Kent Station Verizon store instead.

I had the best experience at this particular Verizon store. I was warmly greeted by a wonderful young man whose name is Sam as I entered this establishment. Sam then went above and beyond to help my family get the best deal possible for our trade-in phones. He took his time and made sure I fully understand what my options were. I so appreciate good customer service and Sam knocked it out of the park! He even stayed after the store was due to close. Sam wanted to ensure our satisfaction and comprehension of the new phones, financial obligations and all ins and outs of our phone plan. I just couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism shown in the character of the employees at this location. They make you feel very safe and comfortable as they have a security on duty as well. I live about an hour away from this location. I will be making the trip to this location should I need in store services. It’s worth the trip! I give Sam 5?⭐️⭐️✨✨Thank you for all your help Sam, my family and I really appreciate your help.
