I swear every good review here is written by the reps them selfs. Incompetent sales people that are hounded by their general manager to churn and burn. The Store manager John is a liar and will add stuff to your account to get credit for his paycheck that Month and there's 0 repracasuions to the employee due to the current market push having 0 charge backs on their commissions.
The managers will lie to you just like they did to me for 8 months

Let me tell you about the experience I had in the last 48 hours..
My phone had started to bug out because of a sim card issue.. seems easy enough right? nooooo. 6 hours one day at the store. (jon) the first day did everything under the sun to try and figure out how to process the request to just get me a new sim. somehow my insurance claim for a new phone got bugged.. (assurian i didnt forget about you) so we process everything, I pay to get a new phone and they send it.. but tell me the wrong date and time and even tried to send me the wrong phone.. Needless to say it was a conundrum of an event. lead me to later that day where I had to go back to the store to order a new phone again... Fast forward to today. I was rescued by a worker of the name (dj) He dawned his mask of justice and provided me with upstanding customer service just like (jon) the day before. after a couple more hours battling the tide of the phone operator on the other end we finally slayed the sim card dragon that was my phone.
Do you remember your first sunset? thats how it felt getting my phone back and being saved by these fine gents over at verizon in Kent Wa off 256th!!! Thank you again from a none tech savy guy who just wanted his phone to work!!!

Oh my gosh. Where do I start! This review is a combined amount of visits.
Pretty much have no clues. From deceptive practices, to given bad information, to them losing information on a failed case, claim I didn’t buy one, or the screen protector. Lousy lousy lousy customer service. Make the sale and done with me. Problems to no end with the phone. Didn’t transfer data correctly. Had to replace phone. Called in multiple times and nobody knew where my phone was. It ended up on the order shelf 2 weeks later. Didn’t have a clue as to print a label for my return. It just goes on and on!! This is NOT a corporate store! Heck there was a time I had an appointment and had to wait 2 hours to be seen.

After an unfortunate incident with his phone being left on the roof of his car and a trip down the freeway, my husband found himself in need of a new phone pretty unexpectedly.
Enter, Deejae, our hero! Deejae not only got my husband set up with a new phone (covered by our insurance!) but he helped us fix several issues with our account caused by the Verizon on 438 Ramsay Way.
Honestly we had been considering leaving Verizon due to very poor customer service in the past but after our trip to 10120 SE 256th Street and getting to spend some time with Deejae we've decided to stay.
Thank you Deejae, customer service as excellent as yours is very very rare these days. We appreciate you. Thank you for making a yucky day so much better.

I'm a fool of a man. Left my phone on the roof of my car. The highway gods devoured it. Came in with desperation in my eyes and my wife rolling hers behind my back. A terrible fate for any husband!
Deejae was my knight in a business suit. Swooped in, fixed some issues the last 'verizon' location had done to my account and helped me replace the phone (and upgrade) while maintaining a fantastic deal.
Didn't try to hard sell us on anything, didn't try to rush us along. Was patient with our questions and distracting conversations. Treated us like 'friends' and that's something rare.

Jon helped me out with my new phone yesterday because my current one was broken into pieces. He helped with such poise and actually showed me the best customer service ever! I was impressed. He’s a great asset to this store! Thanks for making what usually is a boring experience so easy and great!
