Value Village, a Savers brand, is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse® business model of purchasing, reselling, and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. They also help over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, providing a source of revenue to support their vital community programs and services. Value Village operates over 300 locations with 20,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Customers appreciate the honesty and kindness of the staff, who have even taken the time to return misplaced items. While some items may be priced a bit high, especially in the purse section, the selection is generally praised, with a wide variety of clothing, books, furniture, and household goods available. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the lack of supervision for children in the stores, which could pose safety risks. Overall, Value Village is seen as a good place to find gently used items and support the local community through recycling and nonprofit partnerships.
The guys who take the donations are always so nice and happy to help everyone who pulls up. Its a clean building and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Great place to donate unwanted items!

I accidentally dropped off the wrong bag of stuff I was going to return to a store and they found it took the time to call me and returned it. Very honest people that work there. I was very grateful!
