We’ve been going to this Pet Clinic for almost 15 years. Our first dog passed away, but we have two other dogs that we get care for from this clinic.
Before it was changed to Meridian, it was value pet and we never experienced Being up sold on services and products
When we were given an estimate in the past, that was the price we paid or very close to it
Now we cannot afford to continue our pet care here at Meridian any longer
I was quoted about $34 for a vaccine for my dog and signed the estimate but when it came time to check out another $20 was tacked onto it for an office visit fee? Not sure why that wasn’t included in the estimate and it took me by surprise again.
We had to pay over $630 the last time we brought our two dogs in for check up.
Check up was very minimal at best. One of the dogs had a vaccine and a cytopoint injection. And the other dog had the cytopoint injection only
Since we have always brought our dogs and it, we thought it was a very unreasonable price. We have continued to come back, but now the prices are out of line and out of our budget we will be finding a new clinic to bring our pets to.

If you want to feel like you are dealing with a sales people from a dealership and pay top dollars for a service and get in return low quality service, this is the place. They charged lots of money for their services like $280 for a bloodwork, $110 for a regular visit and over $500 for an X-rays. All they do is trying to sells you all what they can, needed or not and then using guilt trip on how to take care your pet. You get a estimate/bill in the thousands of dollars for just to find out why your dog feels sick. With no real answer, all you get is the same response if you asked Google... A bunch of possibilities without a real answer. They lack of kindness and professionalism plus the place is dirty. I won't recommend this place. You may hear you get what you paid... But on this case you don't get the service and quality based on what you paid. They charged a premium for a low quality of service ?.

We went here because when it was Value Pet Clinic, it was a pleasant experience and the staff new what they were doing. This place was not, waited for an hour and a half for our older cat to be put down. As if the sadness of it all wasn't enough. Needless to say I am done with this Clinic.
