this is my second times that i missing my package. it's really hard to find out because i live in apartment. There must be something wrong about the postman when they put in the mailbox. I had the mail which is not my name under inside my locker. Is was just correct the unit apartment only and the rest was different name and address not matching the apartment that i live. That is so crazy the postman. I feel so bad for whoever missing mail if is importantly. Hopefully the postman will take more responsibility for that.Thank you

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONES TO BE TRADED IN/SHIPPED HERE. I dropped off my iPhone to be traded in/shipped through this USPS office months ago and it has been missing (with no updated tracking information) since then. My phone has either been lost or stolen by the workers here.

I been waiting for a package since the 10th. I been to every post office around and nobody knows as to when I’ll receive my package and everyone has a different version. It just siting in their distribution center since the 14th. So yea if you want to get your package on time definitely USPS is not the way.

The front desk lady named Phioung has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at USPS. SHE called me and was straight-up rude from the start. No basic courtesy, no professionalism. She clearly didn’t even try to understand what I was saying and then had the nerve to end the call abruptly like my concerns didn’t matter.
Her tone was disrespectful, and her behavior was completely unacceptable. If your employees don’t know how to talk to customers, maybe they shouldn’t be working there. Hire people who actually know how to do their job properly and treat customers with respect. This is exactly how you lose customers. Shame on you. DO BETTER!

I got mail attempted to deliver we missed it coz need signature, gave me option to request redeliver and I did, and it was confirmed to be deliver on the date was stated, and it was not delivered, so I just walk in into this location and pick up my mail, the person who help me name Joyce was rude and told me after I told her I requested for delivery and I had confirmation that it will deliver to this date,how come was not deliver, and she answer me “you can go online and complaint I cannot do anything for you.”instead of just a little it nicer, early in the morning, its christmas season, anyway And I just stop and not say anything, get my package and left. The worst customer service Ive even encountered!!!!I am speechless of the answer I got!
