Why is every post office in Kent completely unprofessional and useless?

It’s a mixed bag depending on who you get. One lady is super sweet and helpful, but the Asian lady is always rude and does not care how she speaks or acts. She got upset with me and took it personally when I simply asked to double check the recipients address before she sent it out. The info did flash on the pin pad screen for a split second, but not long enough for me to get a good look. I would assume most people would want to double check that, as anyone can make a mistake, including her. What an ugly, dumb attitude to have about something so small.

Ingrid is delightful and she really helped me through the steps of getting a money order and choosing the right mailing service. I had such a good experience here that I'll go out of my way to use this post office instead of other locations.

Another disaster of a post office.Parking lot is a full on disaster, accessibility is horrendous, there is no way to just drop aPackage off without standing in a line forever.Whoever manages this branch should lose their job and make room for someone who has even a tiny bit of ability.

Would’ve been nice is the self service was open or 24 like other locations. Collection times for box out front is 4:00pm .

I stopped by to check on a package that was picked up by my carrier but was never scanned. I first went in and saw nobody and a said "Anybody home?" in a loud voice. A minute later I knocked on the counter and the Asian lady said "I'll be right there." I showed her a printed copy of my eBay shipping label and told her I got the pickup confirmation email a week ago but there was nothing in the tracking. She told me carriers aren't required to scan packages. They've scanned all my10 packages before. I asked if she could look around to see if my package was there. She wouldn't lift a finger to help.
