if I could leave a review with zero stars I would, I came into the store Saturday, 7/20/24 at 4:30 pm I needed to next day very important documents and was told by the clerk they would go out Monday and reach the destination in California on Tuesday. However Tuesday when I checked the tracking to see if it had a arrived the documents had not even been sent out mind you I paid $62.89 for NEXT DAY shipping today Wednesday, 7/24/24 the tracking finally has updated and it is still in Seattle saying it will reach California this Friday the 26th which has caused me to miss a very important deadline and made me unable to go attend a important visit with a loved one when I called the store they could not refund me my $62.89 that I paid for NEXT DAY shipping even though it did not arrive next day that is insane I will never ever use this store again I'm out of money and my documents are floating in transit never again ! go some where else if you want your package or documents to reach their destination on time

An absolutely disgraceful photography service that uses a 25-year-old camera. When I asked to send a digital copy of the photo by email, I received a collage (like the one they printed for me on paper), and not the whole picture. Any requests to rectify the situation/provide assistance were ignored. You are disgusting!

The worst UPS store I've been to!!
My wife needed to ship important documents for her college application, and guy at this store wasn't able to find in their system the non-PO box address which the college mentioned. So we had to ship to a PO box address provided by the college, which that guy at the store validated using their system, using UPS' priority mail service (which is via USPS basically) and even though we were told that it would reach in 2 days, not even did it reach in a week's time but also currently the package is being sent back to us. As a result we lost both crucial time & money, and since UPS transferred our shipment to USPS any chances of getting a refund is lost to the question of whose accountability it is.
We went to a different UPS store and they were able to find that same non-PO box address which the former store could not and now our package is on the way.
