Had Undercover Systems install a pergola over our back patio. Nick, Martine, Eric, and JJ all did a fantastic job. The craftsmanship is amazing and we are excited to start enjoying our new covered outdoor space.The job was completed efficiently and they did not waste time or cause unnecessary delays. They communicated with us throughout the entire project and gave daily updates on their progress. They were very attentive to our property and took every precaution they could to avoid any damage to our lawn and other property. We would highly recommend Undercover Systems.

Martin and Joshua did a fantastic job of adding a "ceiling" to my lower deck and hiding the dark, dirty looking structure of the upper deck. It was a complicated job because of the many angles, curved stairway from the upper deck, and support beams to work around. Their attention to detail and extra effort to make the drains seamless and aesthetically pleasing were impressive. They were very careful not to mar the hardwood of the lower deck and always cleaned up perfectly. They were very polite, pleasant any fun to work with. Well done.Service: Deck construction

Love how my Undercover system looks. Very stylish and so far seems to be working as intended. The installation team did a great job - very efficient and left the site neat and tidy. I now have an outdoor space that is pleasant to sit in, even if it’s raining!

Justin Cole sold us the underdeck drainage build and we felt very confident with timelines, pricing, and project viability.Installation was a breeze. Martin and Josh were thorough, positive, and professional even on a rainy and dreary October day!Will definitely seek these folks out if we have further need for the services!

We have been so disappointed in the undercover system and would never recommend this product. The system has always leaked, poor customer service to fix the problems, and now we just realized that the downspout they put in blocked our upper downspout causing a blockage. I can't emphasize enough how frustrating the process was and the poor workmanship that we continue to deal with.

Great company! They have kept me in the loop every step of the way. All communication is documented through their portal. The materials for our install arrived on Monday and they got me scheduled for an install on Friday! Martin delivered the material the day before (after checking to see if that would be okay), and he, John and Chris were right on time at 8 am the next day. Super great guys, friendly and knew what they were doing. Martin explained how the system works before he left and what to do if I spot a leak.We haven’t tested the system out yet but I’m going to assume it will be great based on the care the team has already given us. Undercover Systems just finished the drain and covering system under the deck. The decking is handsome, easy to clean and solves the problem of deck furniture getting dirt and wet every time it rains!The installers were professional courteous and friendly. They took their time and made sure the system went together properly and was working. They gave us an overall review of what they did and how to care for the system.I would highly recommend the system and Undercover Systems. Evan Anderson and Dave Falmado came to my home to look at my leaking under cover system. After 15 years they spent the majority of the day replacing screws that were too short and releveling the system. The did a fantastic job and lived up to lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend the company and the two pros that came out. I am completely happy and satisfied.

I love, love, love my undercover systems ceiling under my deck!!! I have had it for 1 full day and I am hanging out there now in our extra cold spring this year. I had no idea what was possible and Dustin was very helpful in giving me options for what could be done under my deck and got the ball rolling. I have much more functionality than I ever expected. With added lights, outlets and a Porch swing hanger, I can have the best staycations ever!! Every day!!! I now have 200sf more of livable space in my home!!!Quinn was great as a project manager and listened to me when I couldn't quite articulate what I wanted. He was able to understand what I meant and was very helpful.Nick and Martin were wonderful, professional, so helpful and did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond my expectations! They answered all my questions and showed me how to maintain the ceiling and ensure I felt confident in the maintenance which gave me peace of mind. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service and fantastic product. I appreciate all that you do!
