“Greg's Japanese Auto is great! Called the store and spoke to Donny about setting up a same day oil change on a Saturday. He managed to fit me in a couple hours later. When I got there he was honest and very friendly. While the oil change was being done he came to speak to me about removing some of my plastic undercarriage that was bent and scraping the floor while I drive. He told me his tech would be removing all necessary broken pieces, a service I was not expecting. When the work was done I received a text with a service report, including pictures of the bent undercarriage that was removed. Was not expecting the report so I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall - 100%. Definitely recommend. Had a synthetic oil change coupon which had me $55 out the door.”

He sent her next door for a new tire (inexpensive) and even came over to help remove her hanging splash guard. Very professional and nice! Won my business just by watching him help my daughter.
