Terrible place. I am moving my items out today, I didn’t write a review sooner in fear of Paul’s (the manager) retaliation. He is the big guy who acts like an angry stepdad that is ready to physically hurt anyone for any given reason.

TOTEM self storage It is the most terrible storage unit I have ever had.
Dirty, cheap because of its insecurity, and they will restrict your access if you get locked inside.
Don't spend your money on this hole.

Rent continues to go up and a new renter walks in and will get the same unit $180. They will get it for $40. After the two months they get it for $20. WTH

The people were so nice and extremely helpful. The process was made easy and convenient for me, the rules and details and everything was explained so easily. The prices were convenient for me as well, I did a lot of research with different storage facilities and I am extremely impressed with this one!! Also the way they interacted with my small child was a step above and beyond 10/10 would recommend!

I reserved a unit online. I came into the office and was quickly able to complete my rental. The staff is knowledgeable and informative. My questions were sneered and I was provided ways to contact the staff if needed in the future.

Mia was super nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. She help me get my unit rented. Process was quick and easy. I would recommend her and the storage to my family and friends if they ever need a storage.

I received exceptional help from Paul at the front desk. He was an overachiever in order to meet all of my U-Haul needs and gave me great information. I don't have a storage unit at this place but from the service I received so far I would say it's definitely worth it to go here
