“This location goes above and beyond. We had some family heirlooms in the donation pile and once we realized, we called down do see if we were too late to get them back. The manager went straight out to the donation center and had them keep our items aside. We are very thankful for all of their efforts.”

“I accidentally dropped off the wrong bag of stuff I was going to return to a store and they found it took the time to call me and returned it. Very honest people that work there. I was very grateful!”

“Although the selection of clothing may seem smaller than other thrift stores at first, definitely give this place a thorough look through because the majority of clothing items they have are high quality and at MUCH better prices when compared to goodwill. Additionally, this store's proceeds go directly to a great cause.”

“Jason and Steven are so wonderful and helpful - they have helped me a few different times I've been in here. Love this place sooo much for a deal on house stuff!!”

“Fascinating store. A bit of something for everyone. It is best to not go in trying to find a specific item but when I asked the clerk she was able to cheerfully walk straight to what I needed. I will be back.”

“It says there closing in September because the store is not profitable. The reason is it use to be a large space and the organization took most of it away for offices. They hardly ever could take donations because no room for it. To bad.”

“The comments I'm finding here are odd since I know some of the front end and the back end. Everyone is nice and yes the coffee mugs are priced lower than 4 dollars. Ive seen them. Super basic white mugs....”

“This was my first visit to a Value Village and I was really impressed! I didn't wander the whole store but there was a huge selection of reasonably priced clothing in multiple sizes (and the jeans, holy crap, such a huge selection), and the shoe selection looked like it had quite a lot going on. My partner and I ended up getting four pairs of jeans, two pairs of shorts, seven knit shirts for eight bucks. Two pairs of jeans were Torrid brand and if you're familiar with them you'll know those usually run in the $60-$80 range.

As far as the employees go, no one talked to me and I didn't talk to anyone and frankly that's the way I like it. They were pretty cheerful with each other and the vibe of the place was pretty chill and relaxed.

All in all, I was super impressed and will be back to spend more money soon.”

“Found just what I needed at a moments notice then again I’m not super picky. But prices are great as one would expect. The atmosphere seemed quite welcoming.

Worth the stop in!”

“Friendly little thrift shop. They had some really unique stuff, not just the fast fashion common items that many thrift stores seem to be drowning in thwse days. The lady working the counter was very friendly. The store was well organized. The only thing I'd say is some items looked worn, but for the most part everything was in good condition.”

“Went to goodwill and value village in same area and The Salvation Army was our favorite!! Best prices and actually found good stuff!! Our cashier was very nice as well. Store was clean also!”

“I really love shopping at Habitat for humanity stores- I've made many purchases and one time there was a small online mix up, and a manager named Carlos was super apologetic and totally made it worth it to us to come back and shop again! This was the Tukwila store but he sometimes works at Auburn too where I live and he's been very helpful as well! His customer service is his number one priority and he really cares about his customers being happy with their shopping experience. He's a keeper!”

“Great location, however the prices are getting out of hand. 60.00 for a guess bag and then turn around in the next isle and see one for 4.99 by the same brand. Cooperate needs to come here because there is no way they are following the rules with those prices.”

“Update Sept 2024- Just scored a simple, sparkling fall wreath for under 10 bucks and since its plastic, I'm not too concerned about the weather damaging it. At this price, it's so worth it even if the weather breaks it! Great costumes and other decor for a variety of tastes!

The staff is friendly and helpful, from giving me feedback about my outfit choices to watching my backpack while I was in the fitting room, they are amazing!”

“This is a friendly Goodwill, although I must say Seattle Goodwill's I believe have lost touch with their mission statement. The prices have become ridiculous at the Goodwill's in Seattle.”

“Best Goodwill store I've been to. Nicole is exemplary. She went over and above helping me today. Don't have room for all the details but she knows what I'm talking about: was a great lesson in compassion and empathy that she exhibited to me ( guy with crutches).
Thanks so much nicole!

“This thrift shop is great. Wonderful staff the best items. The Halloween section is just as good as the department store and we'll organized. They are a treasure trove. A great place for a scavenger hunt.”
