Synergy sales was beyond helpful when we needed a part for our water heater. The week before Christmas, with a bunch of family heading to our house to stay for a week, our water heater needed a new part. Long story short, in desperation we reached out to Synergy who worked hard on our behalf to get us the needed part ASAP. Their customer service was incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been trying to get in contact with Jay for over three weeks now. He has stopped all communication with us. He is trying to avoid paying a small company I work for almost ten thousand dollars on a project that they begged our company to do during this pandemic.
