The owners of Supreme Auto, Jeff & Pat are dynamite! I consigned my 2007 Chrysler SRT 454 Hemi 142K miles (17 year old car) and they sold it in 2 days! And sold it for Top dollar $$! Very clean shop, great car lot with barely used, really nice autos! IF you are looking for a used car, these guys are legit and run a tight HONEST no pressure car lot!

Had an over decent experience looking at a car here with the sales guys. The owner was the only issue. As I look through the reviews I should have guessed. The comments are never about how we could have made something right or fix a misunderstanding. They just attack the other person and how everything is their fault and the owner never accepts any responsibility no matter how small the issue is.
(Edit) - as you can clearly see from the response they are insane. I visited 3 weeks ago looking at a Honda without trading in and now I’m being accused of some other person who had a similar experience. It’s almost like this 1 star reviews are correct. Also that’s kinda crazy to try and dox someone because you are paranoid.
(Edit 2) - Sorry if I mixed a Honda up with an Acura / Lexus / Audi as they all look similar generic sedans. I applaud you for finally deescalating and deflecting and just say " Call us if you have an issue" and I would have if you started with that. If you responded to all of the bad reviews first you wouldn't look as crazy. "Doxing" is trying to publish ones personal info with malicious intent which is the only reason you said poor Bens name there (Hope you don't ruin his life with false allegations). Again owner is crazy and refuses to accept any responsibility and deflects.

Definitely avoid this place if at all possible. Came in interested in a vehicle and offering a trade in. The salesman was nice and did a good job showing me the car and taking me on my test drive. The issue came when I asked for an out the door price and an offer on my trade in. I was then greeted by the owner, who informed me that he wouldn’t accept my trade. That’s fine, its within his right, but the issue came when i countered that I had several other trade in offers on my vehicle and I was not interested in selling it, if he wanted my business I would be trading it in. He then just started going off on an immature rant about how “I couldn’t handle the facts bro.” And how my car was “worth nothing to nobody.” Even if I were interested in purchasing the car without a trade in, the way this owner spoke to me ensured I would not be giving them my business. Word of advice, keep pat away from customers. Have someone else relay the message that has customer service skills.

We have been working with this dealership for a long time. We are very happy to work with them. Very professional approach to clients, the cars are very clean and polished. Reliable dealership. I recommend only this dealership to everyone. I had a lot of unpleasant experiences with dishonest dealerships, but these guys are 100% reliable.

Highly disappointed! Bought an Escalade and not even a month after having it, the car has over $4000 worth of issues. Very upsetting when you buy an almost 40k dollar car. :(

I meant to complete a review a couple of weeks ago but alas…life. It wasn’t until yesterday when I was referring Supreme Motors to a friend that I saw a negative review from a couple of weeks ago about a cash buying experience and realized I am actually right on time! Jeff was fantastic to work with and, not only facilitated a cash sale for me, but went above and beyond making an exception for my purchase so I could take my new baby home that Saturday. ❤️ I can’t comment on haggling because I didn’t. After extensive research and owning one already, I felt the price they listed was already fair, and after weeks of shopping, their Audi was frankly in the best condition I’d come across. I so appreciate you and Ethan and all you did to help! They were patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, anticipated my needs, and made it happen. During our transaction I had mentioned a window tint that I was interested in having done to the car ( not needed btw - purely personal preference) and Jeff offered to get me a quote from someone they work with. AND - wait for it - followed through on it too!!?. I also want to mention that I had my new car in for a full inspection to see if anything needed to be addressed the following Monday….. nope! - perfect working order and not a single concern.
People, don’t let these negative reviews be the say all. Know that they are usually based on a sliver of highly embellished truth from irrational people throwing fits to get their way. Remember - EMPTY BARRELS MAKE THE LOUDEST NOISE. It’s not often that businesses are able to, or have the cahoonies to fill in those gaps and I loved that Supreme does in true Paul Harvey fashion. Keep up the great work and trustworthy product offering guys! I’m sharing our story every chance I get and am grateful to you for trusting our ‘good person’ vibe wavelength!

Whoever texts from the (209) area code at this place is a complete moron and has no idea what “customer service” means. If I ever had an employee at my company treat a potential customer like I was treated today, they’d be fired on the spot. I made a cash offer for their asking price, and his reply was they ‘are looking for a trade-in buyer and financing.’ I questioned that and asked ‘so you won’t sell me this vehicle if I’m a cash buyer?’ He said that my response was a “pretty snotty remark“ and he never said that at all, when he said that VERBATIM. If any of the owners of the company, want to see the text message thread, hit me up. Ethan has my contact info. Ethan was cool BTW…it was the other disrespectful POS that was the problem. Glad it happened though… Pulled the trigger on an SQ7 and an M5 from another dealership that didn’t have a problem with cash offers for full list, Both of which vehicles are for my wife and kids and not the caliper of what I drive. I know that many people have had unpleasant experiences with used car dealers; I have had my share also. However, my recent experience with Supreme Motors was just the opposite. I was looking for a used, low mileage SUV with specific options. There were only three or four available at any one time within 500 miles of Puget Sound. I met with Jeff, owner of Supreme Motors, just one day after he had sold an SUV similar to what I wanted. I was initially disappointed but he mentioned that he had an even better, one owner, rust free model arriving in a week. I checked back in a few days and made an appointment to inspect the car. It was better than I could have hoped for, looking like it just came off the assembly line with just about every option offered. Jeff's asking price was in line with the local competition but was a better deal. The offer for my trade in was fair and we agreed to the sale in just a few minutes. A good after market warranty was offered at an exceptional price which I opted to purchase. Financing was quick and easy through my own credit union and I was on my way home in short order. The entire process was the most low pressure, no hassle car buying experience in my 59 years as a car buyer. I had the pleasure of meeting with Pat and Ethan last weekend and I must say I have never had a more positive experience buying a car.
