Although the store hasn't been remodeled in years, I drive out of my way to come to this subway location as the employees are well trained and make the best quality sandwich in the area. I wish the franchise owners in Fairwood or the Renton Highlands could match the quality and service for this location

Good god almighty. 15 dollars for a sandwich I took one bite of and threw directly in the trash. Absolutely disgusting. I should've looked at the lettuce before ordering, not during.As I'd chosen my bread and meats, the sandwich had been toasted, it was time to move onto the greens.Holy mother of god, that lettuce. It was brown and it was obvious they're trying to save a few pennies. There was no reason to serve that slop to anyone. I don't usually say this, but eff this place and eff the cheapskate owners. If I knew how to put a jihad on them, I would.

The woman who helped us was beyond rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Zero customer skills. No wonder this location has gotten such bad reviews. First time visiting and the last time as well. Get management who cares about the customers who help keep you in business.

Came to buy a sandwich at 9:07pm and clerk didn't want to make me a sandwich. He was rushing to close. What's the point of posting a 9:30pm closing time if you don't want to serve customers after 9pm ?

Pre ordered my Sweet Onion chicken Teriyaki for pickup and when I arrived my sandwich was so soggy that it ripped open from the paper bag it was in. I am a frequent customer but I'm starting to think differently. I asked for a new sandwich and was told they were busy with other orders and I was the only person that was in the store at the time I didn't get anywhere with it and ended up throwing away my sandwich. Horrible customer service and sloppy made food.

Awful bold to not notify someone that you are going to be MICROWAVING their food. For an almost 15 dollar sandwich you got to be very inconsiderate to just make them and not notify the person before hand if that was okay. Their toaster was done who cares that don’t mean I wanted two sandwiches microwaved. Contacted customer service for my money back and won’t be going here again.

I went there to purchase two sandwiches. Two separate orders. Two separate coupons. Coupons do not say one coupon per customer. As I had two orders, I should have been able to use the coupons, one for each order.I informed them the other customer was at home. They refused to allow both coupons. So I refused to give them any of my business this evening. Would give zero stars if possible.

Indian lady who runs the place gave me a hard time and wouldn't accept my coupons. I was doing a sandwich run and doing TWO separate orders. She refused to take the coupon for the second order, so I was like, I'm out and hit up a different Subway down the road without any further hassles. Don't give her your hard earned money! Not worth it!

Look, I get it. Subway is a quick meal. But the last time I went in to this location will definitely be my last. I've noticed a downward spiral in the quality of that place. Now it seems they are always out of the add-ons or they look almost empty and old. The service is below mediocre. It's obvious the staff does not want to work there. I suggest eating elsewhere.

Normally this location is pretty good but tonight I literally walked out because nothing looked fresh and they were low on just about every item. Maybe they just got done with a rush but that doesn’t explain everything not looking fresh. Went next door and got sandwich from QFC deli instead. I am giving this criticism with hope that they can improve because I like this location and staff.
