I want to shout out all of the employees at this staples. I left my wallet behind at the self-service copy center and they kept it secure and were incredibly supportive and helpful in me getting it back! Not to mention every time I go here for copies, they're always ready to explain and support. Thank you

I want to shout out Kristy and Rochelle at the Kent location, Staples. A few weeks ago, I needed stickers and some paper work to be printed. They went above and beyond. Stickers were perfection. The paper was printed in color, not even basic black&white as I initially requested. This extra step, above and beyond service, is noted, noticed and appreciated. I keep coming back here for all my printing needs. So thankful for outstanding service every single time.

30 people working, all goong or coming from break, 5 customers 10+ wait time. Not worth coming to do Amazon returns.

Online and when called they said they were open. Showed up and that was NOT the case.What the hell Staples? There should be an update or post regarding your failure to maintain business hours.Wasted my time

So sad!Younger age staff need to get retraining!!I went in doing some printing.. there are 6 staff barely any customers couple are stay busy at the Amazon return area 3 other standings together and chat.. since I was asked for help because why I can’t print the online form out.. no one willing to help said self service.. I understand it’s self service but I’m not sure the printed saying if anything struggling ask staff there.. if everything’s can work properly self service then they get hire to stand there chatting to get pay?? I went asking for a refund since I didn’t able to print the white young lady was drowning money at me not even hand it to me.. sooo uncivil.. I just walk out didn’t want to say a wordI’m seeing staples be closings business soon if not retrain there staffs properly..I was there Friday around 5ish just want to get out didn’t want to say a word staff wasn’t very nice.

Came in to print some handouts. One of the five self-service stations was working. They didnt have a staff that could print the order on thier own equipment. All in all terrible customer service adn the machines they want you to use were 80% out of service.

We went in to print a few documents, as you walk in, the service counter is to your right. There were 3 customers at the desk and one woman waiting in the line. After standing behind her for 2 minutes, I decided to simply ask how long has she been waiting, she replied about 10 minutes, I knew she anxious because she paced in her position. So I decided not to stay and then a nice tall young gentleman asked me is everything was going okay? I told him seems customer service is too long so I'm going elsewhere. I told him I need to print out an email with important documents. He kindly walked me over to the Copier machine self service and guided me thru the whole process! I would like to give KUDOS to Philip, great employee with customer service. Go find him if you need help! Aloha and Mahalo!
