Maaco worked with us to come to an agreement that left all parties happy. We were forced to pay out of pocket and they helped us understand what was essential to make the car safe to drive again. Tanner was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process.

I dropped in to get an estimate for interior panel work at lunchtime. The crew that was there took my van back, got it looked over, and was able to get a repair done all in one shot. Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional. Will definitely return and recommend them for work from now on!!

my 2011 Honda's paint was oxidizing. I took it in to Maaco and they did such a beautiful job painting my car. It looks prettier than when I bought it. What tickled me most was how happy they were to show me my car. I am delighted I I decided to have my car painted at Maaco in Kent.

Bringing my car into Maaco Kent was such a great decision! Tanner helped me out through the process and checked in with me often. He was super nice and welcoming on the phone and in person. The pricing was great and the quality of the job exceeded my expectations!! Overall, i'm very glad I brought my car here and would do it again. 10/10

My wife was involved in a hit-and-run a couple weeks ago.I called various places for estimates, and this shop was the one I chose.They were fair with the estimate, and only did what I asked. Other shops wanted to add some "extras" above and beyond my requested repairs.Tanner Sorensen at MAACO Kent is the guy you want to talk to. He's thorough, and will search various vendors to locate the hard-to-find items.The work was completed a day before promised, and it looks great! Tanner even removed a small dent in the rear bumper at no charge, and took care of other tiny spots that needed attention.I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will be a return customer!

I came in to maaco just to get a simple bumper fix. The bumper was fixed and everything and it was fine but when I looked at my dashboard there's a notification of a system malfunction. They caused a system malfunction and when I talk to the Manager about it he said it was not their responsibility. I cost $300 to fix it at the dealership

Jesse and his team at the Kent location Maaco did an extraordinary job with fixing the damage and paint on my rear bumper. They were all very professional and demonstrated a deep level of knowledge in what they were doing. All while delivering great customer service. Thank you once again!

I am disappointed that my review was removed with the pictures of the horrible job this location did. Whether it is new management or not there are a couple new reviews that show this location still does bad work and never completely makes it right. We never got complete resolution from the shoddy work. This location is the reason why I will never go to any Maaco ever again.

This Maaco branch location in Kent did a horrific job of painting my passenger side doors. First off they made additional scratches and the paint job had TONS of bubbles in it, which ultimately leads to the peeling of the entire paint on the body of the car. Then not only that they use a plastic film that goes over the car, and they placed this plastic film incorrectly on my car which baked onto it. For this, they did nothing to help and said it was not their responsiblity. YET THEIR WORKERS DID THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY CAR. Now I have to find another detail shop to get it fixed. STAY CLEAR from these people, they take shortcuts and do not use high-quality products or skillmanship.
