Store was bright and welcoming. Was helped by Jam very quickly. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Transaction went smoothly. They were having a special event and I got some AT&T swag! Very happy with my visit.

I just got back to the states and wanted to activate my old number. Brandon set everything up for me in less than five minutes. All the staff were so kind and helpful! Thank you so much! And thank you AT&T for holding our stateside numbers while we’re oversees in the military. I missed AT&T so much.

Rayanna at the Kent 104th location was terrible, didn’t help me at all, it was like I was an inconvenience to her, wasn’t welcoming, told me false information about how to get my phone repaired, she sent me out to another location only to find out that they don’t fix my phone. Terrible customer service, terrible knowledge about her company, terrible work ethics. Don’t waste your time, walk aways if she is the one that is going to help you.

Worst customer experience ever. Brandon was rude and not helpful at all. It looked like customers are an inconvenience to him. I could give negative starts if possible. I highly suggest to go somewhere else. At&t should really work on the selection of their sales representative.

We wanted to switch from T-Mobile to ATT so we went in and got a quote. The associate gave us a breakdown of what we were expecting to pay. We were happy with the quote and decided to switch to ATT. When the bill came in there were multiple charges that we did not sign up for (insurance, upgrade features). I've been at ATT for 2 months now and I am already regretting it. I was only able to get partial credit for those overcharges. Beware of this store and their deceitful practices. They will tell you one thing and secretly add features to your account. Please double check your account breakdown if you decide to go to this store.

This store is awesome. Gustavo is very knowledgeable of all of the products and answered all of my questions with a smile. They were able to set me up with a phone and plan that fit my lifestyle. Highly recommended, great customer service. Will be returning for future business.

The store manager at this store is very rude and unhelpful. The way he interacts with employees are not right and he needs HR to to deal with him. I would really appreciate it iff corporate has a real talk with him. I would like him to be fired as he acts very unprofessional........
