I called and setup an appointment to have 3 recall items fixed on my 2022 Tiffin RV. They tell me it will be 2 months for the parts to come in and we setup an appointment 2 months later. I show up at my appointment and the tech asks "What brings you in?" I tell them about the recall items and 3 new minor issues. They tell me it's a two day job which sucks cause I brought it in on a Friday. I had to get a hotel for 4 days instead of 2. Live and learn. I show up EOD Tuesday (3 day job I guess, not 2) This is now my F up. I drive away without reading all the paperwork... I drive my RV 90 miles away. Take out the paperwork and read it fully. They did none of the recall fixes, only the 3 minor ones... I call them the next evening to ask what happened... Nobody ordered the parts for the recall and they just didn't tell me! Still 2 months for the parts to get in etc. I was able to bring it in 1 week later and they repaired 1 of the 3 recall items, but not the two most important, my slide outs. Lastly, when I go to take my RV to be fixed at a place down in California a few months later, they inform me that there are no active recalls listed on my RV and the slide out ones are shown as fixed in the tiffin database... THEY WERE NOT FIXED, THEY STOPED WORKING hence me getting it fixed at this new place. Total fail. ball dropped at almost all stages. Almost criminal neglect.... they did have tiny chips ahoy cookies in the waiting room, their only plus.

We purchased a used Zion Roadtrek Van in 2020. Ever since then if we needed repair or service they have been pleasant and fair. Spencer in service is great and always makes sure as the customer you are happy.

Bought an RV with only 4300 miles on it. So pretty new really. The salesman was very nice but the guy you sign papers with was something else. We paid cash so no financing involved but when we wouldn't pay for the extended warranty he was rude. They said they went through it but I don't believe they could have very well the solar on board doesn't work and we had to replace the batteries we're still not sorry we didn't give them an extra $8000 for their warranty. We do know how that works. Somethings are covered. Somethings are not.

Thank you, Skyler, for your great customer service. I called because another dealership in Tacoma had my brand-new Winnebago trailer from June to October last year, then again from June to August this year for several problems. It has been in the shop for longer than in our possession. They didn't fix one of the main problems. But Skyler told me over the phone even though they are not an authorized Winnebago repair center, and I was not a current customer how to trouble shoot the problem that the other dealership didn't fix. Thank you for your great customer service, your company will be the first ones we call to have all future repairs done if and when needed.

$200 charge for warranty work is outrageous. Plus the work was done wrong so I had to take it apart and fix it. I have a new gouge in my floor and black scrape marks on my RV. Unfortunately they are the only authorized repair center nearby for the work I needed done.

THIS IS A TRUE STORY. My name is Diane W.I went to Poulsbo RV and Let me tell you that it was the absolute worst decision I have EVER made! They lied about the trailer I wanted to see that was in my price range. They said they sold it.Well after they sold me a piece of crap water damaged antenna broken ect ect and ended up getting charged 52,000 for a 29,000 2013 forest river wildcat xtra lite ,I looked online and found the trailer I wanted was still there!Well little Micheal called his{MANAGER}and he showed me the trailer.Oh no,Then you get into the finance office,OH NO!! Well I admit,I was not prepared for these predators.I also gave them 5000 cash down.Honest was literally crying when I left. They charged 2000 for someone to SHOW me around my trailer.Well everything I learned was from the web. They also charged 1500 for a clearcoat that was never added and when I said so and rode down to the shop, the shop guy even said that it didn't have the sticker it would have it that was done! I am reporting this to the FTA and encourage anyone else who has been lied to plz do the same. And to the office manager you can keep your little $20 starbucks coffee card.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.There is so much more I just don't have the room.Next review I WILL ADD PHOTOS AND MY CONTRACT!

First time RV buyer here and I wholeheartedly recommend Poulsbo RV Sales in Kent. My partner and I only went there, we're greeted by a salesperson named Erik. He listened to the criteria we needed in an RV, showed us the perfect trailer and that was it. No fuss, no haggle, and a good price! Then Erik went out of his way to answer all questions after we put down a deposit and up to the day we picked up the trailer. He was also instrumental in making sure we bought a truck that could handle towing the trailer. Kate in finance was amazing and very patient, and Jason who did the walkthrough and hooked up the trailer to our truck was fantastic too. No need to go anywhere else. No B.S. here. Just good people taking care of their customers.

The worst repair ever done. No wait, let me rephrase that. They would actually have to do the work first for it to be the worst. Took my vehicle in for repair on the same problem 6 times, still not fixed but they got paid already

Deceptive sales practices. Double charges customer for "PDI". Poor quality travel trailers. Overcharge for service. Sales Reps have poor attitude

Went today to the location to check out some RVs and the options available to us. The salesperson asked some qualifying questions and specifically how much we wanted to put down... BEFORE EVEN WALKING OUT TO THE LOT... basically came back and said they didn't have anything we were looking for at that location. Savannah was nice however when she greeted us at the front door. The salesman, with beard and tattoos, was not helpful. Apparently if you're not wanting to talk about financing before looking at inventory, he's not interested in your business.

This is an unethical business. They do not deserve your business! So I read a few reviews that said that if you did not buy from them, they will not do warranty work, but I thought, that can't be true. Well it's true! I just got off the phone with Skyler. I wanted to make an appointment to get our awning fixed for our Winnebago View. Immediately he asked, what year (ie. Is it still under warranty), I told him 2022, then he asked, did I purchase the RV from them? and I told him not at this store. Possibly assuming it was from another one of their locations, he said the best he could do was to schedule us in about 3-4 weeks. I told him that was not a problem. When he probed me more for which location. I told him I did not purchase it from their business. Upon hearing that, he said that he could not schedule an appointment for me at this time and could only set appointments for customers who purchased through them. I questioned, if they were an authorized Winnebago service center, I don't think they can refuse to service a customer just because they didn't buy from them. He said he is not refusing to service us, just prioritizing their customers. Well if he won't make us an appointment to get service, then he won't fix our problem. No matter how he wants to put it, that's refusing to do the warranty work!! Bottom line...They will not do warranty work unless it's for their customers. Warranty work must not pay well. Unethical business! Don't give them your business. Once I find an honest shop in Washington that will do the work, I will edit and post here so you can purchase you next RV from a reputable business. I will also be contacting Winnebago and Lichtsinn RV, where we purchased our RV, to inform them of Poulsbo's refusal to do warranty work.

These guys are such a rip-off! They mark their prices WAY up and then say they're on SALE! Prime example: The 2022 Tiffin Cahaba 19SC, 2-wheel drive Class A RV. They show MSRP as $228,995 and SALE price as $199,995. MSRP is really $205,995. I can get a 4WD unit for $175,000 at several other Dealers. Also, I have several friends who have purchased at Poulsbo RV before and have had nothing but problems with after-sale fixes and warranty work. Sorry Poulsbo, but you're not getting my hard-earned cash.

We live in Alaska and found a 2019 Jayco Seneca via the online inventory at Paulsbo RV in the Fall of 2021. Since we weren't able to see it in person, we asked a lot of questions via texting/email. This wasn't our first RV purchase but was our first time dealing with an out of state dealer. Our sales guy Jonathan K. was incredibly helpful and responsive - he even took a video test drive and showed us all the features. Sent the husband to WA to test drive it with Jonathan's assistance and it was a done deal! The entire Paulsbo team were awesome and accommodating. They allowed us to keep the RV on their lot all winter and we even flew to WA in November and took it out for a weekend test run (Jonathan picked us up at our hotel!) before having it shipped to AK in April. Just got it home and couldn't be happier with the entire 7-month experience! I highly recommend Paulsbo in Kent, WA - you won't find better customer service Thank you Jonathan and team!

The Business Manager, Lorenzo Walker, was a treat to work with. He really helped me out with financing, protecting my purchase, and other helpful tips to make the process easy to understand. He made sure I understood what I was doing and that he is always there to answer any questions I might have in the future. This guy is a Rock Star!

Dropped of our RV van to have some repairs done. When we came to pick up the van we noticed that the paint on the awning cover was scraped off - very noticeable damage which was not on our van before. Since the repairs included A/C replacement, and someone had to get to the roof of the van, it is highly probable that the scrape happened during the work. When I pointed that out to Scott, who was the service guy we dealt with, he became passive aggressive and told us that we have no proof the damage was done there even though we showed him a picture taken the same week we dropped off the van which clearly show no damage to the vehicle's paint. He said he will find out how much the new cover would cost and we can pay for the replacement - he never called me with that information, btw. We spent close to 6k dollars on the repairs at Poulsbo RV and received this rude and unprofessional and arrogant behavior. I do not recommend anyone to go there for repairs.
