I’ve been buying FLUM here since last 2 years. I usually get either passion kiwi or blue razz icy. I buy once a week. I usually pay cash since there’s a better deal on cash. But last week they checked my ID and my name on the card and I was trying to pay with the card which is joint account with my wife. They told me last name matches but not the first and told me because of their policy they can’t sell me. I get it that it’s their policy but then I’ve probably bought it more than 10 times with that card before never had issue, they only checked my ID before. I’ve been loyal to this place for last 2 years. Loyal enough that I didn’t buy vape anywhere else beside that place but since they told me last time they can’t sell me because of their policy I walked out and told them that won’t ever come back again. I probably might will go back and buy my flum bars from there again in the future but not anytime soon. Overall, this place has good deals and staffs are very nice. But how’s that a policy when I never had issue before paying with exact same card before so many times and then last week it was their policy.

I’ve been searching for a decent smoke shop since I moved to Washington and this one is absolutely amazing. Fantastic selection and amazing customer service. All the employees are super sweet!

Terrible experience. I needed a part for my vape, they tried to tell me I was wrong about the name of my vape and didn't believe me until I showed them the words on it. They were apparently upset about being wrong and we're extremely rude from then on. Literally arguing with me about when I purchased my vape as if they would somehow know. Unknowledgeable and rude. I've gone there regularly for years but I won't be back after being treated so terribly. I couldn't even get the part that I needed even though I bought my vape there.
