Didn't have what I needed in stock, but will order it for you and it gets there in a day or two.Great spot to grab all sorts of stuff from dairy, meat, seafood, fried mushrooms to candy to whatever.Anytime I have a big BBQ or crab boil my first stop is here as they can order you 10lb cases of king or snow crab for prices better than Costco or the grocery store. And it's absolutely beautiful crab.Thanks again for your help Kevin.

Abysmal customer service at US Foods CHEF'STORE! I tried to return cookie dough box which had eggs (kids allergic) the next day, but the manager refused, despite my reasonable request. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in listening to my concerns. Save your money and avoid buying frozen items here, especially if you value decent customer service. One-star review from me, and I won't be returning!

Love the store the manager here is stingy with the boxes if I'm paying good money for the product give me a bix. No box limits very uncool your associate would of made me happy but you butted in and were to hard-core on bix numbers I bought items I wasn't just coming in for free boxes no limits over all great store good choices of coffee syrups and disposable cups that do bio degrade

An employee of ours went to return a case of cucumbers today that were kinda squishy/old. We had already peeled 3 or 4 of them before realizing that pretty much the whole case was bad (why we decided to return them). We NEVER return anything and purchase from cash and carry ALL the time for our restaurant but our driver was made to feel as though we were trying to get away with stealing the cucumbers that were missing. . Really, it was OUR time that was wasted in the first place. And I don't understand why the manager found it appropriate to squabble with a long term customer over 3-4 cucumbers.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I've forged lifetime friendships with several employees who work hard and have excellent customer service. I have even catered an employee's wedding. I started grabbing boxes and the clerk says to me "don't take all the boxes." I started laughing because me taking 6 or 7 boxes was probably doing them a favor. Sometimes good service is just reading the situation accurately...
