Sooooo, their website says they are open on Saturdays until 2 p.m.Drive all the way there.They are closed.They have two signs on their doors. One says they are not open at all on Saturdays, the other one says they are open YET DIFFERENT HOURS than the website and the other sign.Leave, never return.

This is a Review for the Poulsbo WA location. This location is not of the caliber of other SiteOne landscaping stores. The staff is noticeably lacking training in some of the core products such as the Aquascape product line. Sadly I suppose some fault to the pandemic the poulsbo store also lacks its own delivery truck so I have experienced many reschedules to nearby Silverdale. It's difficult as it is to own a small business and need to relay on contractor suppliers that do not support the small builder and installers. The staff at Poulsbo are also rude. Maybe making up for their lack of professionalism. I will use other local owned contractor vendors for my future Irregation and pondless fountain installations.

First time purchasing something from SiteOne as our contractor refer us to them. This company knows the importance of customer service! I was acknowledge right away when I entered the store. Bryan provided information on what to purchase to apply and how to complete the process. What stood out most with SiteOne is that I witness how Bryan conversed with other staff in a professional and positive matter. After completing the sale, Bryan carried my 2 gallons to my truck. Haven't had anything like that done in a while from a business such as that. Talking about old fashion customer service. Bryan, such a gentleman. I wanted to give him a tip! Keep up the great team work and excellence customer service SiteOne!!!
