The siding of the house I recently purchased needed to be caulked and I needed paint to cover that caulking. I had tried multiple matches, with a piece of wood removed from my shed, none worked. The Kent Sherwin Williams staff determined the problem was the sheen. The sheen on my house paint had faded significantly so finding a perfect match wasn’t possible. The staff spent over an hour trying to match it so that I didn’t end up with a striped house. I just finished covering up the caulk and can’t see the boarder between the original and new paint. Thank You!

My friend and I came in today to buy paint. We waited in line and after a little, Natalie (store manager) came up to us and said that she couldn’t help us and that we should leave. She said that she was very busy and couldn’t help us. Then a worker, I think her name was Kimberly, came and said that she could help us and this would take her approximately 5 minutes. Natalie started yelling at her saying that “You have a lot of work and you can’t help them!” , this went on for around 10 minutes and Kimberly was explaining how she can help and this is her job to help. In this time I could’ve gotten my help and paint and been home already. I’ve never been so shocked and unhappy, Natalie should not be a manager at all.

I live in Covington and keep trying to give the store in Covington a try but the custumer service there is horrible!! I call kent and the girl I talk to was so kind!! Will definitely be buying our paint at the kent store!!

Always enjoy the staff and their willingness to gobout of their way to help! Their paint is always wonderful too. I only now use SW in my house.??
