vacuum machine ate my money because I didn't realize you needed to go into the store to get tokens for the machine. store clerk refused to give me money back or offer me the tokens. would not recommend coming here for vacuum/air!

I use the station all the time. I have never had a problem here unlike other stations that I have gone to. I go out of my way to get here and get gas.

Stephanos was so sweet and kind! The car wash's card reader wasn't working today and I got lazy (haha) so I was stopped and was searching up other car washes. He runs up and asks me what's going on and proceeds to take my payment while making the effort to run to the store and back to my car. Amazing service :)

My debit card was used at the atm at this location when I have it in my possession. Card must have been cloned because I stay in Tacoma. I can't get ahold of owner.

If there was a 0 I would definitely rate it as a 0. The cashier working tonight was very unprofessional. He was yelling at me about paying with the $100 bill that I had and he starting using profanity saying. I understand that people go through unfortunate situations in life, but he should NEVER be speaking to customers that way.

I've been betrayed. I didn't think they would do this to me, but I purchased gas and items and I input my loyalty number. My loyalty number. And I got betrayed. The Loyalty number had a discount connected to it. I didn't receive my discount. How could this be? How could they do this to me? I will let it go this time. But I am sad. I am sad because I was loyal. I think a different shell will be loyal back to me.

If there was a 0 stars I will use that. Do not use this car wash because their will not take responsibility for any malfunction equipment or employees mistakes. I'm Very disappointed, I used to use this location every week but not any more.

Right off the highway, super convenient. Prices are usually pretty comparable to everything around. The area it is in, is super schetchy. I mean it is in Kent, close to the Warehouse district. Very hard to get back on the highway. It is convenient to get into, not so much to head back on the highway. You need to cross four lanes to go south, and three to get onto the north bound lane.
