I went there twice to have my broken tail light repaired as this is where the insurance of the guy who hit my tail light at a parking lot told me to go. The first time this guy Justin walked with me to my car, looked at the damage, and that was it! I went back the month after and the same guy walked with me to my car, told me he will order the part needed and they will call me when it’s ready. I sat in my car for 5 minutes after he left, I was texting people asking if this is right. He never took pictures, he didn’t guve me any papers, he did exactly what he did a month ago! After 5 minutes he came back and said he needs to take a picture of the VIN number. That’s it! A month later, not hearing from them, I went back there. They have no record of my case, they do not pictures, or anything on file, no one ordered any parts! I saw Justin and approached him. He remembers me, then apologized and said he doesn’t know why. I know why…he didn’t do his job! He did nothing! There’s no use talking to him anymore as I don’t think he will help anyway, he just kept insisting he doesn’t know and that’s it! I called the insurance again. They sent me to Carstar on WA ave. They were so professional, the service was great! I got paperwork of 6 pages long, everything is in there. Don’t waste your time in this place! The service is horrible!

If you want your car messed up and broken this is a place to go…People working in here know absolutely nothing about simple things on how the vehicle work, so by disconnecting the battery from the car, they messed up whole electrical system. General manager Brian, not that he admitted that he knows nothing about this specific car, but also was extremely rude, raising his voice the whole conversation, his hand were shaking and his face was red like a tomato.When I asked him what am I supposed to do with the broken car now? He replied, I quote: “Do whatever you want, I am leaving the company on Friday!” Threw the car key back at me with a huge stack of papers in which he googled everything what was wrong with my car, turned around and went back in his office. Forgot to mention, I DROVE my car car to the shop and had to TOW it back…People like him should not be allowed to do any customer service in first place.So my advice to anyone who is looking for a car repair company, run from Service King…(Kent, WA)

I received an email from this office location about referring friends and/or family to their business, which I will not do. 6 months after I brought my new car which got hit by State patrol, my car sensor is still broken. I specifically chose this location because it’s convenient but if my insurance and I have to keep calling for an update to get my car fixed like they’re supposed to, why would I refer them to people I know? Find another Service King location or never bring your car to any Service King period.Service: Body & Trim

I’ve used there business a lot before and even my mom started before me and I’ve come to the auburn location. I get accidents always happen but the lady TODAY answered her phone like I was a nuisance and interrupted her day in the AM who d rude yelling “were booked out until November!!!!!!!” When I was nice asking only for an estimate and I’ve used them time before and all my family. Horrible and beyond rude with upsetting on top! I then called the call center and I then was redirected back and I believe Kyle I hope is the right name answered bur beyond nice tone and same info too. I told him about her and he was very nice. That lady BYE! Your rude!!!!!! And myself and family have been there for years and goodbye new place!!!! Record her rude calls!!!!! I’m serious!!!HORRIBLE just asking for a quote/estimate! In posting online to all my friends nope so don’t there! Customer service shows the truth behind the work!!!!!!! Behind trouble mean rude and horrible but thank you at least the other guy! But still I can’t believe it and been there and my mo referring f us kids and her iver 29 times. DONE!!!! And I’ll tell everyone I know my my sister and sisters friends DONT!!!!! One interaction shows a lot! Rude. Look up the call and listen if too can 9/24/22 9am ish! Your consign should be embarrassed for just the one lady who answered and yelled on the phone!!!!!! Never ever going there again!

Very disappointed with the service they provided. Showed up to have my car repaired and they wouldn't let me drop off car since they were short of staff. I had to reschedule for a different day and have the person picking me up, go home. Wrote a bad review and they denied me for any future repairs.Service: Body & Trim

So far so good with Service King, I'm waiting to hear back from them about my car. As of right now I would recommend them to family and friends. Great service, the lady that greeted me was very nice and polite. I wish I could remember names, cuz I feel that's kinda of important when leaving a review. But everyone I delt with was nice and helpful.

I was hit by another car and directed to go to this location by Allstate (their insurance). I had a TON of issues with Allstate, but Susan from Service King helped me out with all of them. We were able to get it all figured out and I was able to get my car in to be repaired. I'm incredibly thankful to Susan for helping me throughout the process!

We were sideswiped on the passenger side of our 4 month old (to me) car earlier this year. The SK our insurance originally sent us too was booked up, so people at SK told me I could just go to the one in Kent - but it did cause an issue because our insurance had everything based around the original. It eventually got all worked out, and our insurance actually handled all that back work. I dropped my car off to have the repairs completed, but got a call about 1 week later stating all the parts they needed wouldn't be in until late June/early July (this was in March). I ended up picking my car up and driving that around until they called me about the parts (the rental car my insurance gave me was a gas guzzler, so I was happy getting rid of it). They then called me mid/late May saying all the parts came in and they were ready to take it. They estimated it being about 2 weeks, but it ended up being closer to three. However I got updates from SK via text pretty regularly and if I texted them, they responded within 24 hours. It appears there is also a website where you can monitor the progress of your car, but I didn't get that until my car was already done and they sent me When I picked up my car, it was pouring down rain, so the woman at the front desk told me to check over my car once the rain stopped. My husband and I took pretty detailed before and after photos. After doing a few passes, we noticed 3 small things that didn't get fixed that, in our opinion, should have. When I called SK, they were understanding and offered to take a look at it. After discussion, we found out that the two issues with had with headlights, they didn't replace them, they just re installed them after they fixed the body of the car, because they were not broken in the accident, but they were scuffed. They even replaced one of the tail lights. Everything was covered under the warranty. They did get some paint or something on one of my tires - but I plan on getting new tires in the fall, so to me it wasn't that big of a deal. Staff was very friendly, both the front desk and the mechanics. They did a good job, but I hope to never come back (only because I do not want to get into another accident).

My insurance highly recommended this location so I booked through Service King's online scheduling system. When I walked in the woman working the front desk looked annoyed and began shaking her head at me. She did not say hello, or how can I help you or give me any type of greeting. She declared she didn't have an appointment for me. So I showed her my confirmed appointment in my text messages. She told me that even if I had an appointment, if she didn't receive the claim number from my insurance then she couldn't help me. I told her that when I called the corporate number for Service King inquiring about appointment availability, I was told they did receive my claim information. She attempted to look up my claim numbers but said she couldn't find it. When I began calling the corporate office (something she should have done if she knew anything about customer service), she grabbed her purse as if she was getting ready to leave and told me she was going home. I explained to her my frustration of having to rearrange my work day to get my car dropped off in time and she said she was frustrated too and offered no apology on behalf of the company for their mistake. I had to ask her additional questions just to figure out what I needed to do to get her the information she needed. When I went to my car to call the corporate office and my insurance, she came out to help another customer. I guess she didn't have to go home after all! Service King needs to figure out their online scheduling service. Better yet they should be able to share information from corporate to their different locations so customers don't have to do all the work for the rude, incompetent employee at the front desk.

Brian and Gina at the Kent Service King, handled my car damages with efficiency. They are able to produce me a bid for the repairs while I have to wait a bid another from local repair shop.

It was unfortunate I was in a car accident as my reason for coming here. I was sent here by my insurance provider. Nice staff, but horrible location to go in and out of. They have no storage for cars, and thanks to the pandemic, it's taking them weeks and weeks to get parts in order to fix your car. Susan is kind and great at multi-tasking and for the most part will keep you abreast of the status of your car repairs. The staff I encountered other than her were cordial. Very busy shop. Wear your patience hat.

Honestly this place was awful. I would not recommend. We took our car here to get the trunk replaced because we were involved in a hit and run. They initially informed us it would take about 3 weeks to get fixed. We didn't get our car back for almost three months. When we got it back, our brakes were messed up, large crack in the windshield and other things that were either scratched or broken. They tried to blame us for a large rip in our front passenger seat even though this is a new car. There was a lot of miscommunication involving that. One lady told us the mechanic ripped it but another lady told us my wife ripped it even though we know that didn't happen. Awful service, would not recommend to anyone. Take your car somewhere else.
